I collapsed onto my bed with a sigh. Oh, how much I missed my bed...
Although, right after my body met the bed, I received a call.
"Hello, is this Hajime Hinata?"
"Yes, this is Hajime Hinata."
The man hummed. "Well, there is a mission that you're required to succeed. Successfully assassinate Nagito Komaeda. He is a man in his early twenties and he has cloudy white hair. There are no regulations, you may take your time, but start from tomorrow."
I sighed. "Got it. I will try my hardest."
I placed my phone back down on the cupboard with a groan.

When exactly did I get that call? 2018, right?
If it was at 2018, that would mean I've been making assassination attempts on Nagito for exactly 6 years straight. That man had to know that Nagito is not one to be easily eliminated. "If it were that easy to murder trash like me, I would've died a looong time ago," he'd tell me.

Well, now the prologue's done. I hope it was enjoyable, at least, and that i didn't make Hajime act out of character 😭😭
I will try to update this frequently (i was planning to publish this AFTER i wrote all the chapters since i have a habit of abandoning\discontinuing stories but BLEH) and see you in the next chapter!! 😁
