"Okay, I intend to personally look into your project to determine its variability, but within the presence of this company." Hoskins nodded, looking Mr. Masrani up and down, "Okay boss," He shook his head, backing up, "What's your next move."
"I'm gonna get ahold of my daughter," Masrani walked into a private room they had in the building, and pulled out his phone to call you, but again no answer. But instead of hanging up this time, he waited to leave a voicemail, hearing your voice almost caused him to break down, "Hey so you got voicemail, obviously you didn't get ahold of me or my phone didn't want to talk to you, leave a voicemail at the beep."
The loud beep echoed in his ear, "Hey, so you know it's me obviously, but I'm about to do something that is so hazardous I may die. So, if I do, I wanted to say I love you more than you will ever know, I owe you my life, all the happiness you've given me is priceless. Watching you grow up has made my life worth while, you are my pride and joy, you are worth more to me than this whole park. So I have to go my ladybug, I love you, and don't you ever forget it."
Mr. Masrani pulled out a pen and looked around for a notebook, once he had found one, he ripped out a piece of paper and set it down in front of him. He reached into his pocket for something he had always kept around, just in case, once he was done writing, he stood up. He looked around the room once more, then saw a box of white envelopes on a desk, he picked them up and set the two things in there. He started to write in neat cursive lettering, "My Ladybug."
The girl co-worker pulled the door open, knocking on it lightly, he gestured for her to walk in. "Sir, I have the chopper ready." He nodded, and grabbed his coat off the chair, they started to walk out of the building. They were walking onto the large landing platform as a large gun was being loaded onto the chopper.
The door opened, Masrani pulled the sleeves up on his lilac colored shirt, "Sir, I can't get ahold of your instructor." He shook his head, "Nevermind." He handed her the jacket, "He's likely caught up in the evacuation," She started to shake her head and kept following as they walked towards the chopper.
"Are you sure there's no one else who could fly a helicopter?" He shook his head, "We don't need anyone else," She wasn't accepting that, she grabbed his arm, he turned towards her. In that moment, he saw you standing there, your eyes pleading him not to do this, you were shaking visibly, "What about your daughter?" He looked down at his feet, and pulled the letter out of his pocket, "Give this to her if anything happens."
The young girl nodded, looking down at the letter in her hand, her expression dulling, Masrani then stepped into the chipper and started the spinning blades up. The sound echoed as he pulled the chopper upwards, she read the top of it, "My Ladybug."
......
You watched as Zach pulled the large battery from the crashed machine, Gray scoffed and whipped his brow from the heat. You jumped when you heard a stick snap behind you, "Oh, Jesus, no." You screamed loudly, and jumped behind the nearest body, which happened to be Gray.
"Y/N, you are digging into my arm like a damn cat, mind letting go?" You looked up at him, apologizing lightly, "I'm not good when it comes to getting scared, sorry." Both of the boys turned away, rolling their eyes, Zach was looking into the deep part of the woods, "Think it's out there?" Gray started to breath harder, shaking slightly, his blue eyes getting wider.
You hit Zach in the arm, he then looked at you, you were looking at Gray, "But, I know for a fact that it is definitely not out there, alright? Totally safe."
Gray looked reassured, Zach then held up the battery to him, "Here take this," Gray took the battery happily, "You're stronger than me."
A slight smile came to your face, "And if it does come, I'll totally kick her or his ass." Gray chuckled slightly, "Y/N, you are only like 5'5" You put your hand over your chest, "I can be tiny and mighty"
