Explanation of the use of lol and ""

Since most of you know, Deadpool pretty much always breaks the fourth wall and will talk to the writer/reader. He will use both the lol and "" while talking to us.
Example: "Peanut doesn't always act like an angry chihuahua."
Meanwhile, using these "" means it's just normal talking.
Example: "Hey Peanut, come walk Mary Puppins with me!" Wade says as he pulls Logan to come and walk with him. "Seriously Wade? Why do I need to walk with you." Logan scoffs in annoyance.
