"Thanks again, Farmer" you watched as the new farmer in town smiled at you before walking out of the store. He just finished buying some seeds from your father's store and since Pierre was out doing who knows what, he decided to let you in charge. You decided to walk out of the counter and stock up the supplies again on the shelves when the door opened and a familiar raven haired man came into view.

"Sebastian!" You said rather enthusiastically while smiling brightly at the said person who smiled and approached you. "Hey, [y/n]. Is Abigail here?" Of course he would be here for her, you should've known. You didn't let your smile falter despite the disappointment you had. "Yeah, I'll get her" He smiled at you before nodding and waited near the door.

You have known Sebastian since you were a child along with your sister and another friend named Sam. The four of you sometimes hang out at the local pub that is owned by a great guy named Gus. But recently, you haven't been able to hang out with the three of them since you've been busy around the house, and since the new farmer moved into town a few months ago, you offer to help them around the farm.

Knocking through the door, you can hear shuffling from the other side before it was opened and your sister's purple hair peeked out. She gave you a confused look, "It's Sebby, he's waiting for you outside" you told her, "Thanks, tell him I'll be there real quick!" She then closed the door while you nodded and walked back through the store.

A confused sound came out of you to see Sebastian nowhere to be seen so you decided to go outside to see if he was there waiting. There he was, in a tree near the house with a cigarette in his hands. He looked your way when he heard the sound of the door opening and walked towards you, " She said she'll come out in a minute. Where y'all going anyways?" you asked as you eyed his cigarette in hand. You weren't really a fan of cigarettes, so whenever you were near him you always tried to get a small amount of distance to avoid inhaling the smoke. He took notice of your behaviour so he decided to throw his cigarette in a nearby trashcan and you smiled at him.

"We're just hanging out in my room, wanna come join us?" He offered you and you contemplated whether to come or not. "can't, dads not here so i gotta look after the store." Although you want to, you have lots of responsibilities inside the store. "Next time then?" He smiled at you and you nod before the two of you whipped your head towards the sound of the door opening and your sister walked out.

"Hey!" She said smiling at the two of you before they bid their goodbyes and walked away. You smiled at them. You weren't blind, you can see that your sister pretty much fancy Sebastian, and it seems as though Sebastian likes her back by the way he smiled towards her. You sigh while looking at their silhouettes, they look perfect together. "having trouble?" You look around you to see the farmer holding something behind his back" Nah, it was nothing"  You smiled towards him. "What brings you here? Forgot some seeds?" you walked towards him and he pulled out something behind his back.

A prismatic shard. You gasp at the colorful ore in his hands. "I found this in the mines, I thought you might like it so I'm giving it to you, as a gift for helping me around the farm" he sheepishly said with a small blush present on his face, not that you notice. "I—Wh—Thank you" you smiled while looking at him and accepting his gift. "You're welcome" he shyly replied before he perked up again. "You wanna go through the mines with me?" He didn't give you much time to think before grabbing your free hand and running towards the direction of the mines. You were a bit worried about the store but the two of you met Pierre and the farmer talked to him. You smiled while running along with him, stuffing the prismatic shard into your pockets and making sure it will be safe.

"Hey! Sebastian! Abigail!" The farmer greeted them while the two of you ran past them. They look shocked from the situation for a bit before Abigail smiled and waved at the two of you. You were a few feet behind them when you decided to look back at them, wherein you see Sebastian looking at the farmer and your hands still holding together before looking away. You didn't think much of it and continued to run while the farmer was laughing, "Let's go!". Both of you ran for what feels like an hour. The farmer stopped though, when he saw Linus at the lake and decided to give him a gift in which Linus was very happy about before dragging you towards the entrance of the mines.
