With the guy's eyes all watery and his skin so flushed, it almost looked like when he'd given him that twenty minute blow job a few days ago.
Suddenly feeling his body try to respond to the idea of a possible second one from an overheated mouth, Grim promptly shoved one of his cold wash cloths over Ian's face as he quickly scrubbed his back with the other.
"Behave, you little shit. You're not going to get better if you don't rest," he said, even though Ian hadn't even spoken or really done anything besides look up at him.
Realizing that he'd just let himself get frustrated for no clear reason, since Ian didn't know that he could sometimes catch his thoughts, Grim felt his own face warm as he finished wiping the guy's body off, then got off him to go rinse the cloths and start a load of laundry.
By the time he came back with a warm bowl of chicken broth, Ian was out cold, snoring quietly as he hugged one of Grim's extra pillows to his chest.
Look at you, all snuggled up on another man's bed.
It would be so easy for someone to take advantage of him...
I bet he'd beg me to take advantage of him, he thought dryly as he dropped into his computer chair and got his game set up.
He was just loading into the voice chat, his mic on mute, when he heard Ian start to cough.
Grim ignored it for a few moments, used to the sound by now, but when it began to sound strained and raspy, he hesitated turning on his camera, and instead got up and went to check on him.
Settling on the edge of the bed, he carefully helped the guy sit up against the stack of pillows, then tried to get him to take a few sips of water.
Unfortunately, Ian couldn't seem to stop coughing long enough to swallow a single drop.
"Now's not the time to spit, babe," he joked, trying to get a response from Ian.
It didn't work.
The guy just kept hacking, and after a few more moments, a light dusting of red began to dot his bare chest.
Oh hell no!
Grim quickly jumped back up and typed out a message to the MC for their match telling him that they would have to reschedule due to an emergency. He then dropped out of the voice chat before running into the other room.
He returned a minute later with his keys, wallet, and shoes on.
"Alright babe, we're going out," he said as he quickly but carefully got Ian sitting up and to the edge of the bed and adjusted his shorts on his hips.
The man just-barely managed to stay upright long enough for Grim to slip some shoes on his feet.
"Alright, I'm gonna pick you up, okay? I just need you to wrap your arms and legs around me, alright? I'm giving you permission, so you better take advantage," he told him as he waited for Ian to catch his breath a little, then knelt in front of him and carefully lifted the man up as he straightened.
Thankfully, Ian was able to wrap him up in a tight sweaty hug, allowing Grim the use of one hand as he got them out the door and safely into his car.
He made sure to lean Ian's seat back a little to help try to calm his coughs a bit and be more comfortable, then slid in on the driver's side.
"Just try to relax, babe. We'll be at the doctor's in a few minutes."
He'd thought about going to the hospital, but while Ian was coughing up blood, that was a common side affect when you've had the flu for a while.
