I'm sure everyone knows about those stories where a person dies and then they just magically transfers into another world.

What do you call those again?

"Transmigration,"

Nilingon ko ang kaibigan ko bago siya tanungin, "And I should read this because?"

"Come on, that's my first book. It wouldn't hurt to support your ONLY friend right?" she said as her lips formed a grin.

I rolled my eyes and snatched the book she was lending me.

"Great! Magugustuhan mo 'yan! Promise!" tuwang-tuwang ani nito bago tumakbo papalabas ng tent nila.

Well if y'all wanna know, we're currently located near enemies boarders. Why?

Excuse me for my late introductions, I'm Lieutenant General Lavell Corpuz.

And that woman earlier is Major General Samantha Ramos.

A loud explosion caught Lavell's attention, and her ears wouldn't stop ringing. Sinalat ni Lavell ang kaniyang ulo at mabilis na lumabas para tingnan ang kalagayan ng mga tao niya.

Everyone was fighting for their lives, so she grabbed her gun and fought with everyone else.

She didn't mind losing an arm or a leg as long as she could save her men.

At the side of her vision nakita niya ang leader ng kabilang kampo.

DO or DIE.

She ran straight in that direction while killing enemies on her path. She even heard Samantha warning her to stop but she was too mad to listen.

The fight was in their favor, but the thought of the ambush was still weighing in her mind.

She's the General and she should have known better, no blood should have been shed in her team.

Tinawid ni Lavell ang distansiya nila ng leader ng kabilang kupunan but he saw her coming and defended himself.

Lavell's eyes flared in rage as she attacked with a dagger, she had the enemy in his throat ngunit ipinagtaka niya ang pag ngisi nito sa kaniya.

"tu mori aici, generale."

Nanlaki ang mata niya sa sinabi nito. Her eyes dropped to the bomb wrapped on his body. He raised his hand and wrapped it tightly in her.

She didn't fear death, the only thing she thought was that this should end with just them. Wala nang ibang madadamay.

She looked behind her and saw her soldiers who've won, and Samantha who's eyes enlarged when she saw her situation.

Nailing ito at akmang tatakbo na sana papalapit sakin but she mouthed 'NO'.

She tried raising her hand and formed her last salute.

She smiled, and mouthed, 'Tha ta afíso sta chéria sou Samántha. Tha páo prótos.'

Lavell closed her eyes and lunged the dagger in his neck the moment he pressed the button.

That was all Lavell could remember after she died....

'Yan ay kung namatay nga ba talaga ako...

Where the hell am I?
