Scene 1: THE FIRST MEETING(Exposition)
The sound of pens scribbling could be heard. Keyboards typing, and pages flipping filled the room. Our male lead AJ (which stands for Adrian James), was currently writing another paragraph in silence, he was in the journaling club afterall.
Now entered our female lead, Maya. She looked around the room looking for her brother, or atleast a familiar face.
Maya: where is he? His drafts are so heavy...
Maya whispered to herself. She looked around then approached one of the members and spoke to him.
Maya: Hello, do you perhaps know Micheal?
Gab: Uhh yeah, I do.
Maya: do you know where he is? I can't seem to find him.
Gab: I don't know, you should ask his friend.
The member then pointed to AJ. He was still focused on writing so he hadn't realized his name was mentioned. Then she walked towards him and tapped his shoulder,
Maya: Excuse me, have you seen Micheal?
AJ turned around and his Gaze fell onto the girl, he couldnt look away. He paused briefly before opening his mouth to give a reply.
AJ: yes, he's outside right now.
Maya: could you give this to him when he comes back?
Maya said as she handed Micheal's drafts. They both look up from the draft and make eye contact.
As the girl rushed back out, AJ's gaze stayed on her. His friend who was next to him noticed, and turned towards AJ with a smirk. AJ noticed and looked away to play it off.
Miguel: Damn bro! Grabi tingin ah, LAGKIT!
Right as his friend said that, Micheal, came back. Micheal is not only Maya's brother, but also AJ's best friend.
Micheal: What's up with you guys? Oh, there it is!
Micheal asked before taking the pile of drafts from AJ's hands.
AJ: a girl came in just now, is she your sister?
Micheal: must be, why?
Scene 2: INTREST
it was the dissmissal of class, Maya was putting her stuff back to her bag until a friend walked up to her.
Hailey: Maya! The journaling ko competition's awarding is about to start, your brother placed in the top 3! You wanna go watch?
Maya: Oh sure.
The two went to the gym and watched the awarding from a distance. Miguel had placed 3rd, Micheal placed 2nd, while AJ came in first.
Hailey: who's that next to your brother? The one in first place I mean. He's kinda handsome, isn't he your type?
Maya's friend nudged her teasingly, Maya went in to deep thought if her brother had ever mentioned the boy's name.
Maya: I think my brother mentioned him before, his nickname is AJ if i'm not mistaken.
Maya took a better look at AJ, She realized that her friend was right. That day, an intrest started growing inside her.
A month passed, and that intrest towards Aj grew, and grew. Maya was holding a letter and was planning to give it to the boy.
Maya: Hey! Could you get this to AJ, Please don't read what's inside.
Her friend laughed and took the letter, she nodded and spoke before heading her way.
Hailey: You sure this isn't a love letter? Don't worry, I won't read it.
