I quickly turned to the side and saw Mr. Kirk talking to the doctor while Cam was sitting beside me. He soon noticed that I was awake and quickly called Mr. Kirk and the doctor.

"Mr. Jacobs, how are you feeling?" the doctor asked me

"I've been better" I tell the doctor

"Its a good thing you went to the hospital as soon as possible, otherwise you would've had a full blown seizure" the doctor said "We'll run some more tests on you while you rest up for a bit, just to be sure" he added before leaving me with Mr. Kirk and Cam. As soon as the doctor was out of earshot, they both turned to me with a concerned look.

"Hey man, I'm sorry about yesterday. I didn't know you had..." Cam began, but I quickly stopped him.

"It's fine man, don't worry about it, I had fun" I told him before turning to Mr. Kirk "And sir, thank you. Please send me the details to your bank account so I can reimburse you with the hospital expenses"

Mr. Kirk just shook his head and patted me on my shoulder.

"Get some rest and we'll talk about it back at the hotel" he answered. I just nodded and closed my eyes since it's literally been drooping the whole time.

After a while, I woke up again, still on the hospital bed and the sun was just starting to rise. Mr. Kirk and Cam quickly called the doctor, who checked up me one last time before leaving for a bit with Mr. Kirk to get me discharged.

We soon left the hospital and I saw that it was only 7am, but the immense pain I felt the whole time made it feel like it's been the whole night.

After picking up some prescriptions, we headed back to the hotel. Mr. Kirk invited me into their room so he could do a quick check up on me and, I'm assuming, to talk to me about this as well.

Of course I had no choice but to tell them that I had cancer and that Casey didn't know about it. I also apologized to them about keeping them up last night because of my emergency.

Since I needed to do an actual check up with my doctor, Mr. Kirk told me that it would be better for me to head to Boston for my sake.

And as much as I wanted to spend more time with Casey, I agreed.

After leaving their room, I went out of the hotel to get some air for a bit, as well as to tell my parents about what happened before heading back to our room.

Thankfully, Casey was still asleep and only woke up once she heard me come in and go back to bed.

"Where did you go?" Casey asked in her cute half asleep voice as she grabbed my arm and wrapped it around her waist.

"I had to... talk to my parents" I told her, which quickly woke her up as she turned to me with half-open eyes.

"Is there something wrong?" She asked, breaking my heart a bit.

"Nah" I answered as I forced a smile "There's just a family emergency and I need to get on a plane back to Boston today" I add, which completely woke her up as she sat up.

"What really?" She asked "Like right now??"

I stared into her eyes for a bit before kissing her forehead

"I'm sorry" I tell her before grabbing her cheek "I'll make it up to you once we get back to campus, okay?" I add as her face falls even more in disappointment, but she nods in agreement anyway so I quickly lift her chin up.

"Hey cheer up okay? You're in Disneyland. You'll still have fun" I tell her as she forces a smile at me.

"Okay" she says before I get up and start packing my stuff, and after getting breakfast, Casey dragged Caleb with her so they could drive me off to the airport.
