INTRODUCTION

WITH THE EXISTING FIRE THAT IGNITED IN PIPER, the teenager found comfort in the few simple things that chose to stay. Piper found comfort in chaos (the liberty of knowing that she could make any adult stand on the edge of their toes from just the slightest movement of her finger), she found comfort in her sister, Avery Grambs (the knowledge that they were going through the same things, but coping in different ways), she eased her stressors with any thing she could get on to create some image on a surface, but a thing that Piper found comforting was simply starring amongst a lit flame, just the idea of something that can start off so small that could be fanned into a full on forest fire. There was even the weekly chess games that were between Avery and a homeless guy both she and Piper knew, although Piper had no means of chess and she was happy to simply sit on a nearby park bench and watch the two go head to head, it was somewhat comforting to know that Harry's presence was a commonality in Piper's life, plus, he quite interesting to talk to.

PIPER THOUGHT SHE HAD MASTERED THE ART FORM that was tragedy, she thought she had figured out the fool proof method of beating the beast, but she was proven wrong when Avery was called to a will reading all the way to Texas out of all places.

THE SUSPICION ALREADY STARTED TO RISE WHEN PIPER SAW THAT HOUSE, her first thought upon seeing the estate with both of her sisters was it was just too big for any family, much less any person. Upon entering the home with her sisters, Piper had zero idea that within a few minutes, her sister Avery will not just be the sole owner of the insane estate, but also the erratic fortune that is attached to the house, forty-two billion dollars to be exact.

TO UNCOVER WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING TO HER SISTER, Piper knew she has to participate in the game Tobias Hawthorne had set up for Avery, unravelling each mystery and glue until it's all laid out right in front of her.

IN THE PROCESS OF ALL THE GAMES AND TWISTS AND TURNS, Piper Basilio-Grambs knew that whatever Tobias, his grandchildren, and whatever the house had to offer also had some secrets to uncover; Avery's sudden inheritance, a girl who had supposedly died in the estate, and even within herself.

RORY'S YAPPS!
YUP I CAVED LOL. anywhooo, I'm way too excited for this story and for you guys to get to know my ver, very, VERY chaotic oc, PIPER!!! She is my baby and I love her sm OML!! I will say that act one may be short since it revolves around just Piper getting to know the Hawthornes and how things work with them, but, But, BUT, B U T, i will say that things really will get going in act two WHICH I'M SO EXCITED FOR AAAAAA!!!

I started The Inheritance Games series this year and I was IMMEDIATELY HOOKED! it has the mystery and puzzle aspects of Knives Out (one of my all time favourite movies) and I just zoomed through the first three books haha. Anyways, I hope y'all give this a chance and enjoy!!!
