"What are you guys watching?" Taylor asks as she walks past the living room. "Is it the same show you guys have been watching for the past two days."
"It's a novela." Alex responds. "And yes, it's the same one. I'm invested. Their slow burn is quite literally killing me."
"Shush they're on." I say as I turn the volume up.
"Te quiero, te quiero mucho." Valentina tells Juliana.
"SHUT UP. She finally told her she loves her." Alex says giddily as she hits my legs.
"Wait! No pause it! I finally caught up, pause it!" Taylor shouts from the kitchen.
"But she's still technically with Lucho." I say looking at Alex.
"Don't say that name. That's forbidden in this house." Alex says as she covers my mouth. "Let me have a moment. They're so in love."
"What's it called again?" Taylor asks as she sits on the couch beside us. "Love to death, right?"
"Yep, Amar a muerte." I say quickly.
"They're in love. That's the plot." Alex says, still not looking away from the tv. "Just look at them, they're so in love."
"That's not even the plot of the entire novela. It's so much more complex than just that." I say as I grab Alex's hand.
"I still confuse them." Taylor says and I laugh.
"Long hair, blue eyes is Valentina. And short hair, brown eyes is Juliana."
"Ah yes, okay. Played by Macarena Achaga and Bárbara López. Did I butcher their names again?" Taylor asks, her eyes glued to the tv.
"A little, but it's fine. You're getting better."
"They're so in love, Val for sure fell first. I mean she's way past in love, she wants marriage." Alex says making me snort.
"You're so hooked on this but I'm not even mad because I've been waiting for you to watch it with me."
"After we finish this one we have to start a new one. Any other, there doesn't even have to be a sapphic couple, but these are good to watch."
"Better than Grey's Anatomy?" I ask Alex.
"Do not disrespect my show." Taylor says.
"Yes." Alex whispers in my ear making me smile. "So much better."
Tobin's POV
"Who is Macarena and Bárbara." Rose asks me as we sit on the couch.
"Who? I don't know. Why?"
"Look what Twitter just told me."
