"Where. Are. You. Guys. Going."-y/n

I was right. it was really stupid to sprint here. now I'm out of breath even more than I was before. You think someone who would run from demon things every night would be able to run better without losing their breath.

"The library. why?"-Ta

"think Logan's there?" -y/n

"Maybe not sure I haven't seen him today."-As

I sprint again, bad idea but I got to get to him. Busting through the library doors scanning every table. THERE HE IS!!! Shit gotta be quiet now that I'm in the library.

"Hey Logan what are you doing?" -y/n

spoken in almost a whisper.

"reading my new book? Are you ok you look out of breath?" -L

"I wanted to find you"-y/n

"That's sweet. why?" -L

"Just wanted to be with you I guess!"-y/n

I look into his eyes, his big blue eyes. A mix of confusion and excitement bottled in them. I have never acted this way before he's definitely confused.

"do you wanna hang out soon." -y/n

"We hang out everyday at the graveyard."-L

"I mean not the whole group. maybe just me and you?"-y ln

"Sure, I'd need to stop at the flower shop to let my grandparents know where I am. Wanna do it today?"-L

Holy fuck it's happening imma hangout with HIMMMM. okay I need to play it. cool. I don't want to freak him out but like holy cow I'm hanging out with him tonight in my room in the place I sleep he's going to be in my room.

"Yes today works perfectly, we can watch some movies and play games!"-y/n

I practically skip out of that library. everything is going my way. everything is going my way. on my way out of the library I'm thinking about him. I'm thinking about his features. his large blue eyes. he's very well kept brown hair that has that shimmer of red in it. he dresses so perfectly. It all comes together to make him.

The bell rings. it's time to go to my first class of the day. we all have about the same classes except for one or two of us won't be in one or two of them. History great! my least favorite lesson. I take my seat next to Logan like always. he still has his nose in that book. maybe he'll tell me about it later. I hope so.

"Quiet down everyone, I know it's the last week of school but we still have work to do." - Mr Thomas.

from that statement he gets loud and exaggerated groans from pretty much everyone in the class. we have 3 days left of school and he's still going to give us assignments. kids are protesting in a joking way but he quiets us down and gives us a paper on things that we learned from the Savannah trip earlier in the year. we hear people saying how they don't even remember the trip, but I know the seven of us do. we remember it like the back of our hands because that was the day that everything changed.

I have a study hall for my last class. It's 42 minutes and then either the best or the worst will happen. alone with my crush. I don't know if I've ever been that alone with him. God I'm nervous. we're going to go home and we're going to play Tetris. that's what I want to do Tetris and movies. I wonder what genre of movies he likes. should I text him and ask because I know he has gym this period but normally he just reads during gym. but I don't want to sound too clingy. I don't know what to do. UGH why is this so difficult?!?

"Excuse me can I steal y/n? We have a project and the teacher needs us." -As

"Y/n, you are excused."- Teacher

Walking down the hallway with Ashlyn is pretty strange because we have no projects. It's the last week of school. I don't know how he believed that. And a better question is why is she getting me out of class.

"What are we doing?" -y/n

"Getting you out of class, we're getting the whole group together so we can meet after school." -As

Shit. If the whole group is meeting up after school like for a while that totally defeats my plans. I really hope this isn't happening. I really hope this is just something quick.

when we all get to the library, Ashlyn starts telling us about her plan for the night now that we have the Jeep. to be honest, I wasn't really listening because it was mainly argues between Tyler and Ashlyn. All I was thinking about was Logan.

"Ashlyn, one we can get in really big trouble for you sneaking us out of class for something stupid and two we have to go to Savannah as soon as possible!" -Ty

that caught my ear going back to Savannah. sounds like the worst possible thing we could ever do, especially tonight. people have gotten injured, just us being around a place. we're familiar with us trying to go somewhere. we're not. we're all going to die. It's ridiculous. but it sounds like our best option.

" I know I have ballet after school but after that do we want to meet up? I don't know if you guys have things going on. around like 8:00 I feel like would be the best time. And then we can stay at the graveyard until midnight."-As.

as a group we collectively agree because that's the safest option. I'm not happy but that's still 5 hours I get with him which is a lot a lot a lot.
