Chapter 1: A different timeline

The sun shines bright as the emotions stands the control panel watching Riley talking to Val, "So, I was waiting for my turn for the hockey trials and this totally creep guy starting talking to me", Riley expose in a sassy way while Val listens in a interesting way, and what did this guy do?" Val questioned as she leans her head against her hand, "Wait!" Envy shouted stopping Joy from pressing a button on the panel, Joy gives a confusing look at Envy buy doesn't bother to ask, "we should let disgust do this", Disgust perks up at Envy's comment before walks in front of the control panel, "excuse me, coming though let the professional sort this what", Disgust twists her hand when press down on the panel, "The creep watched up and down at me and started flirting with me and I was like, 'uh no, not happening' " Riley pulls a snobby face after finishing her sentence and Val laughs at Riley's comment, "What a weirdo", Val burst stop laughing as Riley smiles in a agreement, "and that's how you finish a sentence, yea your welcome", Disgust whips her hair only to return back into the same procession, Envy's eyes spark in admiring sent,  "she's so cool, want to be just like her" Envy thinks to herself still continuing staring at Disgust, "ugh, Envy, can you please stop doing that with your eyes", Disgust points out, But Envy was still in admiring zone, a door swings as Anxiety walks in a cheery manner, " Anxiety, why do you so, happy?" Ennui looks off her phone to face Anxiety, " after 5 whole week, I finally finished my project", the emotion watched at each other in confusion before following Anxiety  into a room with a giant looking portal sitting in the center  of the wall, "what's that?", Ennui ask as she scrolls through her phone, "it's a device, that's sends your orbs around to the forgotten pit", Anxiety smiles proudly but disgust was not having it, "why would build that?" Disgust crosses her arms and shakes her head in disappointment, " look, I know that I broke the another but I want to make it up to  you and built another one", Joy claps her hands in excitement while others just nods except Disgust and Envy, "well, we should get everything sorted for the night shift", Anxiety press her hands together then walks out the room, the other followed after but for Envy, she was fascinated and reached her hand out towards the device, only to be picked by Disgust, Envy didn't mind being pick up by Disgust since she want to be quite close to Disgust, "don't touch that" Disgust pointed out holding Envy gentle between she hands, Envy didn't question it but truth Disgusts word, nighttime came around the cover as the emotion set in for bed but Envy wasn't tired her fascination grow for the strange device that Anxiety created, she crawled out of bed and slowly snuck  out of the bedroom but she didn't know is that disgust was on night duty, Envy stepped into the room and slowly walk towards the machine, "Envy, what are you doing!?" Disgust quietly shouted out, causing Envy to jump backwards hitting the button on the machine, "Sorry, Disgust my fascination took over me" Disgust sighed and walked up to Envy picking her up in her arms but as Disgust was about to speak the machine exploded and a strange vortex opened, "What is that?" Envy shouted gripping onto Disgusts dress,  a gust of wind pulls Disgust and Envy towards the machine as Disgust desperately try to run out the room but the machine was too powerful, so with one fail flick disgust and Envy were pulled into the machine, darkness surrounds them, Disgust close her eyes only for two second before reopening them only see long term memory but it was different, but disgust pass out before having a change of looking around, "Disgust", a muffled voice screams out but Disgust couldn't hear the voice, "Disgust", the voice screams again, "Disgust!!", Envy, Screams out loud standing over Disgust who lies on the floor,  "Thank god" Envy replied try to lifted Disgust off the floor, Disgust rubs her back of her head when looks around the the unknown place she has never seem before, "is this long term memory?" Envy asked Disgust showing a questionable face before looking around, when she spots the orbcases but the orb are dark and shattered for a different angle where Envy is facing "those are not our .... colours" Envy sacredly  pointed out  running over to the orbs picking one up, Disgust pulls herself of the floor and scrolls over to Envy looking at the strange looking damaged orb, "this isn't right", envy paranoia grows hands shaking as the orb falls out her hands smashing on the cold dirty floor, "Envy watch it" Disgust calls out moving backwards before the glass shards got in her dress, Envy remains silent staring over into the distances, "do .... do you see that?", Disgust looks the same distances but doesn't see the structure that Envy is seeing but something also caught Disgusts eye, disgust squint her eyes, unsure on what she's looking at, she decided to track the structure that caught Envy and hers eye, Envy notices as well it didn't take all for them to arrive at the structure, the headquarters once pure white now gray with unusual colours squashed of the structure, "what happened?" Envy looked at the headquarters once bright and caring now dark and gloomy, Disgust place her hand her Envy head who immediately hugs Disgusts leg, Disgust stares it the building before walking out to the memory core lake.
