today is our first game & the excitement in my body is real. i feel like i made so much chemistry with my new team and i love every thing about this team.

i walked into the locker room and set my stuff down. everyone was already dressed but i ended up getting stuck in traffic.

i checked my phone and saw that kk sent my a sweet and encouraging message. i hearted it and texted her back. i just love her. she has my whole heart. i texted the gc back as well cus they wished me good luck.

"HEYY SEXYYY" angel said.

"HEY BARBIE" i said back.

"yall notice how juju only speak to angel ? she act like she can't speak to nobody else" diamond said.

"diamond don't play with me. y'all ain't give me time to get my life together and angel just spoke to me first" i said.

i just feel like diamond got secret animosity with me cus girl. she always tryna come for me, after getting dressed i walked up to her.

"diamond we got beef ? cus you always tryna come for me" i said laughing.

"oh girl boo" diamond said laughing.

"yeah that's what i thought" i said.

diamond grabbed me by bun and put her arm around my neck. and the team just stood around and watched.

"help ? anyone ? boy yall ain't good for nun" i said.

diamond let me go and i jumped at her making her giggle.

"chenn you supposed to be on my side" i said.

chenn looked up at me from her phone her mouth was stuffed with a breakfast burrito. she looked so confused making me giggle.

"oh girl chennedy don't even know what earth she on" dana said laughing.

"ohh i'm sorry friend i was tryna finish my breakfast burrito and give it time to digest before we play" chennedy said wiping her mouth.

DURING THE GAME🫶🏾. | it's chicago sky vs washington mystics. it was 2nd quarter with 1 minute left. sky was down 45-42.
juju has 11 points & 9 rebounds.

angel passed juju the ball who laid it up. because juju was 6'2 she could either be under the goal and get the ball or she could be at the top of the key and shoot. she was good at both tbh.

the sky ended up winning 91-87. juju finished her wnba debut with 30 pts. 4 assists & 12 rebounds.

i'm so proud of my baby. 30 points ?? your first wnba game ? that's crazy work she was really going crazy on that court. and the best part about this is she doesn't know that i'm here.

i can't wait to surprise her when she comes out of the locker room. i got up and walked to the tunnel as i watched her finish her post game interview.

after about 10 minutes she walked out. she was looking down at my phone but when she looked up she saw me and smiled dropping her stuff she ran to me.

"surprise baby" i said hugging her tightly.

"aww you came what are you doing here ?" she asked rocking us back and forth.. she had the biggest smile on her face it was the most gorgeous smile in the world.

"i came to see you baby. but it was a surprise" i said.

"aww i didn't even see you" she said and i smirked at her.
