Chapter 2 - Group project

- The next morning   -
I woke up laying on Mattheo with my head on his chest. He had no shirt or pants on, just his underwear. Luckily for me he hadn't woken up yet (I was a little ashamed of sleeping on him).
I got out of bed trying not to wake him up. I checked the clock and... OMG! CLASS STARTS IN 5 MINUTES! "MATTHEO" I screamed. "What?" He groaned in his sleepy voice. "CLASS STARTS IN 5 MINUTES AND WE HAVEN'T EVEN GOT OUT OF BED OR GOT DRESSED OR ANYTHING!" I screamed stressed while running around trying to find my clothes. "Alright calm down" he said while getting up. We both got dressed as fast as we could, grabbed our things and hurried to class. Even though we rushed trough everything we ended up being some minutes late anyways.

We walked in to class late. Everyone was staring, especially Pansy. "Sorry we are late professor" I said. "She couldn't find the classroom so I had to help her" Mattheo added. "Very well, take your seats" professor slughorn answered. I sat down next to Pansy and Mattheo sat down next to Theo. Pansy looked at me and raised an eyebrow. "Don't even start, we share a dorm and we overslept" I had to make that clear. "So nothing happened?" Pansy asked. "No." Nothing happened I said. She side eyed me but then we turned to face professor Slughorn and listen to his instructions of the lesson.

"This next project will be a pair project" professor Slughorn explained. Pansy raised her hand. "No miss Parkinsson you will not get to choose your partner, I have already paired you up in duos". Pansy took down her hand and looked disappointed. "It was worth a try" she said. "Yeah, but maybe we will be paired anyways, let's just hope so" I added. Pansy nodded. He started telling us the pairs. "Blaise and Draco. Theodore and Tom. Pansy and Lorenzo" I elbowed her and winked since I knew she had a little crush on him. "Shh stop" she said. I just laughed quietly. He told us the rest of the pairs. "And last but not least Mattheo and y/n".
Are you kidding me? There is an whole class of people and out of all of them I got paired with the biggest jerk of them all. I already have to spend time with him since we share a dorm, and now we have to work on the project together as well. I didn't bother complaining tho since I knew he wasn't gonna change the pairs. I stood up and walked over to Mattheo. He looked at me like he wanted to die. "Don't think I'm enjoying this anymore than you" I said.
He just smiled sarcastically.

"Class dismissed! You'll have to work on this project outside class. I want it done in 3 days!" Professor slug horn said. We walked out of the classroom. "Should we study in the library?" I asked. "We have 3 days, we don't have to start now" Mattheo said. "I know but it's better to do it in time" I answered. "Who even says we have to do it together?" Mattheo asked. "That's pretty much what group projects are, you do them together. But maybe you didn't know that since your iq is below average" I said. He just death stared me and said "we'll just split the questions in two and then do each part separately" he said. "Fine" I said and walked away. I went studying with Pansy in the library for a while. Then later I went back to my, or our dorm. Mattheo wasn't there so I laid down in the bed to finish my part of the project. Soon Mattheo came back. He sat down on the bed but on the other side from me.

I was tired of this whole attitude between us so I tried to be nice. "Mattheo I only have 1 question left, could you help me with it?"
"Why should I help you, it's your part of the project and it's not my problem your stupid."
"Seriously, what the fuck is your problem? Why do you hate me?" I asked. "Because you bumped into me on the train" he said and smiled. "You and I both know that you bumped in to me so drop the act and tell me the real reason to why your a dick to me" I said. "That's non of your business" he said, and smiled once again. "Why do you hate me?" He added. "Because your a jerk who thinks he's better than everyone and treats me like shit after YOU bumped into me." I answered. "I did not bump into you and I'm not a jerk, I am better than everyone tho" he answered. "Keep telling yourself that" I said and walked in to the bathroom.

I turned on the shower and got undressed. I got in to the shower. After being in the shower for about 5 minutes I heard banging on the door. "What?" I asked. "I have to use the bathroom" he said. "Then use another one in the halls or pee under a tree or something. Isn't that what guys do?" I said. "No I wanna use my bathroom"
"Your such a child" I said.
"Y/n I swear to god if you don't open the door in 1 minute I will break in"
"Fine just hold on one second, I'm naked" I responded.
"Is that supposed to keep me away?" He answered.
"Disgusting Mattheo" I said while putting on a towel and opening the door. He stared at me disappointed.
"I let you in what's the matter?"
"You said you were naked" he answered.
"Okay I am so done with you" I said while walking out of the bathroom and shutting the door with him inside. I literally don't understand this boy. He hates me and then he acts like that. But he's a boy, I guess that pretty much explains it.

I put on some underwear and a cute top. I didn't bother putting on anything else since I was going to bed soon anyways. I laid down on the bed since Mattheo was still in the shower and I wasn't going to sleep on the floor because I wasn't gonna get any sleep if I did that.
Some minutes later Mattheo came out of the bathroom with only a towel around his waist. His muscles were amazing and his wet curly hair just made him more attractive. But since you remembered he's an ass you quickly looked away.

"Your in my bed" he said.
"I had no idea" i answered.
None of us were in the mood of arguing so he went in the the bathroom and came out in his underwear. He came to the bed "scoot over" he said. I did and he laid down next to me.
It was a small bed so our bodies were touching. Even though I hate him I felt butterflies in my stomach. After a while Mattheo had fallen asleep. I was freezing though and couldn't fall asleep. Suddenly he grabbed me in his arms and pulled me close to him. We were now spooning. I thought it was a little weird but then figured he was probably sleeping. The heat of our bodies made me more comfortable and before I knew it I had fallen asleep.
