Marcie Winters

Marcie has long brown hair with dark blue at the tips. She is an average size for a 17 year old. Marcie is in her junior year. She is a very flexible person, she is in gymnastics and ballet for fun.

(Bell ringing)

Marcie looks at her friend, Naomi.
"We're late to class, let's go." Marcie said calmly.
"I kinda wanna.. skip?"
"No I'm not skipping with you."
Marcie and Naomi were walking to class anyway. Marcie stopped for a second to take a deep breath. Naomi rolls her eyes, and she shrugs. She continued to walk away from Marcie. Marcie was only a few steps away from her class. She knew that she would get in trouble for being late, but still didn't want to skip.

Marcie walked into the class smiling hoping that way the teacher, Mrs. Harris, Didn't care as much. It didn't really help though.
"Ms. winters! Who do you think you are missing over 5 minutes of class?" Mrs. Harris said practically yelling at Marcie.
"Sorry Mrs. H."
"Well you have new seats you sit in the back right there." Mrs. Harris said, pointing to a seat next to a girl Marcie had never seen before.

Marcie walks other seat. Before Marcie could sit down the girl that would be sitting next to her smiled at Marcie, Marcie smiled back. When the teacher finally started to teach the lesson Marcie started to get bored thinking that she should have skipped class. she lays her head down on her arms. She turns her head in the direction of the girl. Marcie noticed her writing in her book.
'She must be taking notes!' Marcie says in her head, Not thinking much of it.

Marcie then props up when hearing the school bell ring. The teacher then says, "Alright, make sure if any of you are going on the field trip to have your papers signed before tomorrow. We will leave for the aquarium on Wednesday, the day after tomorrow."

Marcie's eyes widen, 'finally, something thrilling to do!' Marcie looks to her left to see the girl gone. Marcie then gets up from her seat yawning. A boy came up to her. He had short dark brown hair, and he was really tall. Marcie looked at him, he looked very interesting.

"Hey, I saw you asleep in class." The boy said to Marcie.
Marcie looked at him, embarrassed that someone noticed her asleep.
"Other than that so you know where Remi is?"
"Why are you asking me, And who is Remi?" Marcie said with a confused look on her face.
The boy then said, "The person that was sitting right there."

When he pointed at the girl's seat Marcie shrugged, she walked to the teacher's desk to grab one of the trip papers. As Marcie walked out of class Naomi ran up to her with a ' guess what happened ' Face. Marcie sighed.

"What now?" Marcie said to Naomi hoping that she would try to be calm.
Key word, try.
"I got caught skipping." Naomi said as she cried jokingly.
Marcie rolled her eyes and said, "You always get caught."

Marcie and Naomi talked all the way to the front of the school saying their goodbyes to each other. Marcie walked home but Naomi's mom drove her.

The wind blew heavily as Marcie walked home, when she finally got there she sighed in relief. She greeted her mother before hanging her backpack on the hook by the front door. Marcie walked to her room and tied up her long brown hair into a bun. She put on a pair of black shorts and a loose white T-shirt. She then plops down into the splits. She has to stay as flexible as possible for her upcoming auditions for ballet. The part that Marcie wanted to audition for was a side character, but she loved the character nonetheless.

After a long while of Marcie stretching and being the talented person she is. She went to the restroom and brushed her teeth and took out her contacts. Marcie went to her room and laid in her bed, she got under the covers before dozing off.

Why, why are you like this.
You're supposed to be the perfect daughter.

Marcie popped up from her slumber sitting up. She took a deep breath, 'That dream again?'
