Chapter 7
Fergus was angry, he had been hiding in a ruin of a castle for more than a month with still
no news about where Elizabeth was. He was certain that it was her he saw in the forest the
night he fought with Sir Andrew. Even though she had cut her hair off and was dressed as a
boy it was clear to him that it was her. He could not believe his luck, he had been
searching for her and here she was right in front of him. He should have killed Moray when
he had the chance he thought. He took another drink of his wine and cursed Andrew Moray.
How did he manage to have Elizabeth?
Fergus hated having to stay in hiding but there was no way he was taking a chance of being
caught and hung for the massacre at Munlochy. If that stupid bitch would have just agreed
to marry him when he was courting her this would never have happened. It is all her fault.
He wanted her and he was going to have her. She can hide all she wants but it would do no

and be done with it after he has used her body and broke her spirit. No one denies Fergus
Mcdonald. His parents found that out the hard way. Now all he had to do was find Elizabeth
and make sure she also understands.

missed having someone to talk to but there was no way she would risk putting others in
danger. She hated that she left without having a chance to tell Andrew she was a girl, she
often wondered what he was doing and if he even looked for her. Of course then she decides
that he probably did not look for her since he thought she was a boy.
She would think about him every night as she fell asleep. she tried not to dwell on things
that could never be but since she was alone and would be for a long time coming she let her
self fantasize. The only person she was hurting was herself. With it getting colder out and
the leaves already off the trees she started staying inside more. She still had not seen
any sign of people but she was not going to take any chances. Some days she would explore
her cave and the many tunnels that ran through the mountain. Some would go on so long that
