I didn't move a Inch, I kept staring at screen, I was all lost for words, I turned to look at others everyone was trying to control their tears "What is this? Vijay bhai is all this real" I said in agony.
He nodded, I walked towards Maa "Maa, please tell them I don't like pranks" she didn't said anything and I shout in frustration "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?, Arya I'm waring you tell me it's not a prank and call Raj and tell him to come here Right now"
"I know it's a prank and you guys know My moonlight can never leave me alone never", "she loves me and I love her too, she can't leave me" I was breathing heavily, trying to make my heart and mind understand that she is alive.
Maa walked towards me and slapped accross my face "CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND ATHARVA THAT SHE IS NO MORE, SHE IS DEAD" Maa said, a chill ran down my spine.
I shook my head in moist eyes "Nahi Maa, kuch nahi hua unhe vo sahi salamat hai jaanta hu unhe yahi kahi hai vo"
"Mera bin jayegi kaha vo?" I chuckled softly, Everyone was crying silently while looking at me, Maa frustrately hold her hairs and sat on couch "Why are not you understanding Atharva MAAR GAYI HAI TUMHARI INAYAT" tears rolled down from her eyes as she said.
I sat down on my knees infront of her "Don't say things like this Maa, I'll die without her, nahi jeena mujhe"
Raj entered inside the hall, his eyes were red "Raj it's a prank haina?" I said in fear, fear of losing her, fear of losing my inayat, my Moonlight.
My mind was saying that she is dead but my heart wasn't ready to accept it.
"Say it Raj, I know tell me please it's a prank I beg you" Raj annoyingly stared at me and yelled "CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND ONE SIMPLE THING BHAI? SHE IS DEAD, BHABHI.IS. NO. MORE. you're behaving like a psycho, stop all this what will Farhaan think huh?"
I felt like whole world collapsing upon me "Nahi rahi bhabhi, bhai" he breath heavily "Maar gayi vo" he shook his head and tears start rolling down from his eyes.
He fell down on ground and placed his head on his hand and sobbed sorrowful.
She is no more.
I snapped my head towards Maa, she was crying too "Ma-Maa" i whispered, Maa hold my face in her hands "Maa, aap janti haina mai usse 13 saal se pyaar karta aa raha hu, itni muskil se unhe vapis paaya tha" Maa nodded with tears.
"Kyun chali gayi vo kamse kaam Farhaan ke bare mai toh sochti" I complained to her as I used to complain her in childhood about Baba.
"Maa Jaan hai vo meri, kuch kariye na aap, i can't breath please kuch kariye.." I said as tears began rolling down on my cheeks like rivulets, i placed my head on her lap and she start caressing my hairs.
"Maa, she loves me too unki aakhon mai mere liye pyaar jhalkta hai" i didn't stop crying even servents were crying while looking at me and others.
"Maa aap kheti thi na pyaar sacha ho toh koi usse Hara nahi sakta, dekhiye niyati ka khel"
"Mai haar gaya Maa"
"Mera pyaar haar gaya, Atharva Singh Singhania haar gaya" I sobbed, I raised my head to look at maa "Maa don't she loves me?" I asked, trying to control my tears.
"Aag dono tarf se lagti hai bhai" Raj said as he wiped his tears and walked away "Maa please do something I can't live without her, I'll die please maa.." Maa shook her head "What about Farhaan? He needs his father bacha, don't abandon him please" Maa said.
I can't abandon him.
Not in this life.
I nodded and wipped my tears but fresh tears again started rolling down "Maa, i only asked Inayat from God in these 13 years" Maa caressed my wet cheeks.
"Phele yehi ishq ne sawaar diya tha"
"Aaj barbaad bhi kardiya" I said and walked toward my room.
