Questions, Questions, The Question...

Finally pulling open the the door of the spare room to reveal the brightly lit hallway the blonde Yorkshire girl jumped back in shock, very much aware of the fact that she'd been caught snooping yet she didn't seem to care. She drunkenly giggled before making an array of noises, from kissing sounds to light moans. My jaw dropped so far I could almost feel it hitting the ground, Leah on the other hand simply grew red, both our reactions proving extremely unsubtle as Beth began to cackle at the expressions we were pulling.

Thank god that at that moment the tall Dutch woman who was Beth's girlfriend appeared at the end of the hall "Seriously Beth leave them alone" Viv frowned yet let out a small chuckle "No Vivi look! I'm cupid, are you proud Vivi your girlfriend is cupid!" Beth exclaimed in retaliation pointing at me and Leah in an attempt to prove her statement. Viv simply smiled apologetically at the two of us who were actually beginning to find Beth's drunken teasing rather amusing.

"Sooooo girlies what's going on between you two then?" Beth enquired. Leah and I exchanged looks before Le spoke up "Well Beffy I think that's for me and Flo to discuss" Beth huffed out in frustration "Goddd when's that gonna happen when clearly you'd rather try and suck off Flora's face than actually have a conversation with her" "Actually Beffy we had a lovely conversation 'before' Leah started sucking my face off" I smirked watching the tips of Leah's ears flushing pink in colour and Beth's expression turn from slightly deflated and annoyed to giddy and a beaming cheeky grin.

Beth had questioned and questioned us both for quite some time, so long that some of the girls had actually began to trickle out and only a few were sticking around waiting for taxis to get them back to their homes safely. "Jesus Beth how have you manged to ask us so many questions that almost everybody else has left the party" Leah started to complain over the music that was now playing more quietly than when I'd first walked in to the party this evening. I was getting tired, slightly sinking into the side of Leah and resting my head backwards on to the cool leather of the sofa.

"Alright... Come on you it's time to go home you can share my taxi" I could hear Leah gently speaking as Beth continued to yap about who knows what. With that, I slowly managed to peel myself away from the couch slightly knocking into Leah as I attempted to regain my balance which was proving very difficult as the room was spinning with my drunkenness and my eyes were burningly desperate to shut out of exhaustion. Leah's hands gently wrapped around my waist as she effortlessly guided me to the front door, as it it swung open a light summer night breeze swept into the house waking me up immediately.

It was as if my senses heightened again with the cool of the wind, I was once again filled with butterflies at the realisation of Leah's arms engulfing me as we stood on the front steps of the large house. The street was quiet, the only thing bringing it to life was the soft amber glows emitting from strategically placed street lights, everything felt peaceful... Everything felt right, like in this moment everything aligned and would be perfectly simple forever. I slightly turned to meet the blonde girls beautiful blue eyes again, they were soft, it was as if she was thinking exactly what I was, how this moment was complete and utter bliss, and it would hopefully last forever. I lifted my own arms and wrapped them around her neck before pressing my lips against hers and she immediately reciprocated the gesture. Sparks flying, heart racing, our bodies were melting into one another whilst I was simultaneously frustrated that I couldn't seem to get any closer to her. I felt myself sober up completely as we separated briefly for air, shortly gaining sight of the way her perfect hair framed her face and her rosy cheeks rose as her smile widened, before she smashed her lips back on to mine this time, the passion and the desire of the embrace growing with the fleeting seconds. Her cool fingertips crept to the hem of my shirt, lightly tracing over the newly exposed skin causing my breath to hitch and goosebumps to raise as I quietly hummed in pleasure.

The irritating grumbling of a car engine led us to jump apart, a black cab pulling up a few meters away across the street. I grinned, straightening myself up as Leah mirrored my actions appearing quite flustered but then again I probably looked that way too. As we were about to get in the car Leah pulled me back towards her looking a combination of nervous and determined "Err... hmm Flo" she began to inquire "Yes Le? Are you okay" I quickly responded aware of the driver who was probably becoming annoyed with the amount of time we were taking to get in the car "Yeah.. Yes I'm fine.. perfect actually" she spoke as a large smile swept over her face "I was just wondering - well would you- you don't have to obviously but would you like to come back to mine? Like stay the night?" She spluttered out somehow extremely quickly but also very very slowly. I giggled at her worked up explosion of words "I would love nothing more than to go to yours Le.. Like to stay the night" I laughed as she let out a long sigh of relief before giddily pulling the cab door open and ushering me in.
