Ijikiel huh ? Arius couldn't help think about the very few but memorable encounters he had shared with Ijikiel back in his past life.

When he had first met him in Athanasia's debutante , Arius didn't have a positive impression on Ijikiel. After all , he along with his father came forth with Jeanette and introduced her as The Emperor's child on the day that was supposed to Athanasia's special day.

A debutante is special for everyone , especially for his sister who was raised isolated from the society. The debutante was her only chance to better her image within the upper echelons of the society but it was ruined. Arius had hoped she would make a lot of new friends and grow out of her shell . But none of that happened because of that damned Roger Alpheus.

Remembering about those memories Arius couldn't help but clench his jaw. He was now determined to live long enough to see his sister's debutante in this life because he wanted to make sure that in this life she would at least be able to enjoy her day .

Arius didn't realize when he along with Athanasia and Lucas had moved inside this living room , he raised his head and met Lucas's eyes that stared at him with curiosity. Arius had to wonder how he didn't noticed Lucas who was staring at him for so long .

The longer he looked the more that he realized , Lucas's eyes are truly a beauty to admire . When the light rays fell on it , Lucas's eyes looked like exquisite red rubies of finest quality. Arius couldn't help but look at them in awe . Arius realized he should've stared at those eyes more when his Lucas was still here.

Lucas who was just staring to analyze Arius's mana couldn't help but stare back at Arius even after being caught because it felt like he was now engaged in a staring contest and he refused to lose.

Meanwhile Athanasia was losing her cool , a bit of staring was fine since Arius was such a adorable boy but to keep on staring even after getting caught ?! The audacity this old magician had was truly baffling in her eyes.

" Agh ! Stop staring at my brother like that , you creep !! "

Athanasia yelled out throwing a pillow towards Lucas's face , knocking him back successfully. She huffed and pulled Arius away from Lucas's view , her fingers pointed towards Lucas as she accused him of being a creepy old guy.

" Do you have no shame ?!! How dare you look at my brother like that , you old creep "

Arius silently stood besides Athanasia enjoying the shocked look on his face as Athanasia continued yelling at Lucas for being a old creep , which was true to some extent .

Lucas could only stare back at Athanasia with a look of bewilderment plastered onto his face , Arius's lips slightly curved up at the sight of Lucas's comedic expressions .

" Hey ! Stop accusing me of being a old man !! I was just staring at him to analy-"

Lucas's protests were however interrupted when Athanasia roared back with equal loudness.

" See ! You're even admitting that you stared at him for this long "

Athanasia wrapped her arm around Arius protectively .
