The Park Is Open (Zach Mitchell x Reader)

You then saw him on the staircase above you. He looked down at you, you smiled, "RACE IS ON!" You started to run down the stairs, he was rushing behind you. You then felt him push you to the side, you hit the railing, and gasped, turning to look at the rude boy.

He was laughing and running down the stairs again. You looked over the side, there were enough bars you could catch yourself on. Come on seven years of gymnastics, lets so what we can do.

You pulled yourself up on the railing, standing on it. You then got into your proper form and jumped, reaching for the bar on your right. Once you did, you turned and jumped down to the next bar. With this one, you landed on your feet, and put your arms on the bar.

There was only one more bar below you, you let go of the second bar, and caught the first bar. You then spun around and landed on your feet, you looked up, Zach was standing on the final step, staring blankly.

He looked up at the stair case, "How did you?" You pointed to the bars, "7 years of gymnastics." He shook his head, "that's not fair." You looked at the bars, then back at him, "'How isn't it? Cause those bars are attached to the staircase, so technically, I did go down the stairs."

He gave you a jealous look, you smiled and opened the door to the first floor and walked out. "We need to find Zara, and Gray." You found the elevator and waited for it to open, once it did, you saw a talkative Gray, and a pissed Zara.

She looked up at you, "You left me alone with the dinosaur child." You smiled and then she started rushing you guys out of the building, "We're gonna be late!"

Gray grabbed your hand and started to rush you towards the innovation centre, "Gray, do you know where you are going?!" He turned his head towards you, but kept running, "Towards the large glass triangle!!"

"Gray we have to board the monorail!" He nodded, and made a quick u-turn, you gasped when he threw you into someone, you turned towards the person, "Sorry!!"

Once you were on the monorail, you sat down on one of the chairs, Gray sitting next to you. "Did you know that.." You then zoned out as the monorail continued on, there were bright green trees, some leaves were turning different colors, some of them were falling onto the ground. Blowing off the branches, falling gracefully onto the ground.

Each tree or plant around the monorail was unique in their own way. Some of the roots going around in different areas, some of them sticking out of the ground. Finally you snapped back into realization as the monorail came to a stop.

Gray looked up at you, almost asking for permission. You stood up, "I'll race you." Before he could move, you were running off of the monorail. Pushing people out of the way, and trying to make your way towards the giant class triangle. There were so many sweaty people running into you, you stopped by the steps of Innovation Centre.

There were many things in the straight stretch, they all led to the innovation centre. There was a large barbeque, a burger joint, trees planted to put shade around the hot areas. Tables were put in front of the places so people can eat and sit down. The one thing that stood out was the giant sign that had LED lights, "MARGARITAVILLE"

The line for that was huge, parents holding their kids, the grandparents in line with them. You smiled, wow kids and dinosaurs seems like the perfect recipe for a drunk parent. You looked towards the innovation centre they all made it where the innovation centre was the main attraction.

The innovation centre was large, glass windows that were very reflective, white marble steps that had two fountains around the staircase. The fountains were full of crystal clear water, there were waterspouts that pushed the water out to make designs.
