May 5th is Red Dress Day. It's a day to remember all the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirt individuals who have been failed time and time again by the system.
I do not have a drawing for this today but I still felt it was important to post this to help raise awareness and to provide some resources. This country has a lot of problems, especially when it comes to its horrible treatment of Indigenous peoples, and there's a lot of work that'll need to be done, but step one is education. As such, I've included two resources below that you can take a look at as a start, I encourage you to find more and look into it and educate yourself on the topic further.
