" I don't know what you want me to say, yeah your right if i would've just ignored him this wouldn't have happened but i'm not the type of person that ignores someone who's talking to me. Since obviously you feel some type of way about it i'm going to try to start doing that but don't get mad at me if niggas come up to me tryna flirt " I ended the conversation there and walked away, now standing next to Carina.

Koby ignored me for the rest of the night, I peeped him looking at me a couple of times but he looked away as soon as I noticed
I see where he's coming from as my man but at the same time he didn't have to
come at me like that IN PUBLIC knowing that it's not in my nature to be rude to someone or ignore them when they haven't did nothing to me.
I wasn't mad about the situation that much since I understood where he was coming from but I wasn't going to fold first
We were at wing stop and you could feel the tension between us at the table. I joined in on the conversations that the rest of the group were having trying not to be so awkward.
" I need to use the bathroom " Carina scooted out of the booth and I walked towards the bathroom. On the way there I was stopped by a group of people that walked in and were standing in line
" excuse me " I mumbled brushing past them.
I got into the bathroom getting into a stall and squatting down and peeing. I wiped and flushed the toilet, getting out the stall and washing my hands. I stood in front of the mirror fixing myself up and taking quick mirror pictures before walking out the bathroom and back to my friends.
Carina let me back into my seat and I got on my phone scrolling through TikTok. " We should do this " I showed Carina
She nodded her head making me clicking on the sound and pulling up the camera. I sat up straight and made sure we both were visibly in the camera before starting the video. We started lip singing to Nameless by lil keed. When we were finished we looked at the video
" ouuu we look cutee" I nodded my head agreeing.
I looked up seeing a boy and stud looking at us and whispering to each other

I really hoped that there weren't and that I was just imagining it because I didn't want them to come up to us and it become a whole other problem with Koby
I was wrong though because when we were on our way out from the building they stopped us
" aye hold on " They jogged up to us
" You gay? " The boy asked Carina
" Why you asking? " She looked him
up and down making a face.
" My homegirl gay radar telling her you is and she think you bad so i'm jus tryna see for real. " He chuckled holding his hands up in the air.
I didn't wanna stand there and listen to their conversation so I backed up a little and went on my phone. I saw someone stand next to me from the corner of my eye and I looked up seeing it was Koby.
I hid my smile looking back at my phone.
" Youn gotta hide that shit, I peeped " He said not looking at me
I wrapped my arms around him " you still mad?" I looked up at him
" Nah I been got over tha I was jus tryna see how long it would take you to fold but your ass was not foldin " He laughed
" hm" I looked around seeing that Carina was on her way to the car
I grabbed his hand and we walked to the car hand in hand. Getting in, we sat next to each other with me leaning on the window and my legs on his lap.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him into me, hugging him and kissing him on his face.
" I love you " I said shocking myself and him. I felt him get tense and didn't hear no response making me feel embarrassed. I put on my beats and started watching Young Sheldon trying to distract me from the embarrassment.
I felt him pull the headphones off my head and grab my chin making me look at him. " I love you too shorty "
