Her head's dizzy from riding on the sinusoidal wave that has been in her life since the the last 6 months. On most of the days, she looked at the ways to die- The highest building around her flat, the sharpest knife in the kitchen, the nearest railway station, a chemist shop who'll sell more than 20-25 sleeping pills unquestioningly to her or just a packet of rat kill will possibly also work- she wanted to be scolded for not taking her vitamins or just to dominate her anger over some math's questions which Abhir will do wrong and she'll scold her for that, but unfortunately none of such thing happened,

She sat on gazing the blank wall in front of her, slowly tuning the guitar strings, looking at the empty walls, that's what defines her condition of a last few months. She'd left the law firm and has engrossed herself which gave her solace, the thing, which was the closest to her heart, the only thing which kept her connected with the people she lost in her life.

Music had connected her through her Nani, Akshara Singhania and then her late parents Mr. Kartik Goenka and Mrs. Naira Goenka! And lastly to him, Abhimanyu, she didn't know why she was breathing, it wasn't just any way left from which she didn't tried taking her life but all useless,

"Kaira!" A soft- female voice came from the back with food in her hand, she nearly looked same as Akshara, wearing a kaftan Kurti, Akshara turned back to look at her devoid of any kind of emotion, oh yeah not to forget, she changed her name to her sister's name, or either to say her parents name, The people named her 'Akshara' were not there, neither the ones who takes the name were there.

Drowning in the deep waters of remorse and regret, her face became devoid of emotions, and lastly by remembering those who used to call her, the ones who loved her deeply, all were gone....

"Kaira!" Kaveri said who was standing in front of Akshara,

Kaveri was a doctor, who found Akshara and finding upon none of her knowns, she felt better if she stayed with a friend

Looking at the longings in Akshara's eyes, Kaveri decided to keep the plate there with giving her the keys of her flat, Kaveri never knew why'd she really made Akshara stay with her,

Those empty walls took Akshara to another world, the scars of the deep past and that day.

Flashback hitting over the memories of her mind, banging, the loud sirens of the hospital vans, the room with deafening silence, the huge beeps of the ECG machines attached, she tried her hard to open her eyes,

The recent time shifts to that day, 5 November 2023,

Akshara suddenly wakes up with a jerk, breathing heavily, she took a glance of her nearby situation, she was in a room with blank white walls, she was heavily panting as she remembered the painful incident of her life

'Shaam aa gayi hai Akshara!'

"Abhi! Abhir!" Akshara said standing up from the bed as she saw a nurse "Where is my husband and my child!" She asked in a numb voice

The nurse looked confused at her while Akshara shouted aggressively at the nurse

"Mam! You came alone here! There was no one with you!" The nurse said

"How can u say that?? How dare you! My son and husband.... They're alive" She shouted in the loudest way her pitch can go.

"Mam, you need some rest" the nurse said as she makes Akshara calm while she dozes off in the dosage of intake medications

To be continued! ❤️
