My Teacher

I'm about to leave to have dinner with Finn and Nick back at there place, Nick invited me over since I just came today and the U-haul with all my stuff doesn't come until tomorrow all the stuff I have is the main stuff like my bed, fridge and etc.

The whole drive from the air port to my house I could only think of one thing

Finn He's all I thought of , than the moment I saw him step on to his front porch wearing nothing but boxers and a big t-shirt his curly blonde hair a mess from sleep

When I saw him on his porch I could not believe my eyes he seemed different he looked older it seemed he has grown so much and I don't mean he has grown like his hight but him as a person there is just something different about him it had only been 2 years or so and I miss that kid so much and of course I've missed Nick to but when I saw him this morning I hadn't realized how much I really missed Finn.

    He was always a quiet kid never had a lot of friends the only friend he ever had was me and he told me that when he was a kid too, even though he tried and tried  to make friends nothing never worked I guess I don't know how he could not he is so smart and such a kind kid never got mad at people but himself  for not having friends,he loved his teachers and they loved him too he was always a bright and funny happy kid and a always a bit anxious and awkward but now something's different about him

   This year is my first year teaching and I'm going to be the senior's English teacher at his school before I left I wrote my own books and sum where even big hits but sum not so much but I got so brunt out and thought teaching would be better.

  As I was about to leave to head to Nicks someone rang my doorbell I went to the door and opened it up to oh

"Finn"
He looked up at me meeting my eyes with his "um my dad just told me to come and tell you that uh he has to cancel on dinner"he said fidgety with the hem of his t-shirt I could barely hear what he quickly mumble to me

I leaned down and got closer to be eye level to him "Finn" I said than went on again "slow down how can I help you"I said standing to my full hight he blinked up at me

"Um dad has a uh business trip and needs to um uh cancel dinner t tonight" he stuttering louder this time with a little tinge of pink coding his cheeks I felt a smile tugging on my lips but then he turned to leave I shut the the front door and that got his attention he turned around and I  walked up to him

"How about I just go over with you and I will have a chat with him okay"

"Yeah okay"he said with a smile
