My school ranges from the age levels of 5-12, and every year we have our sports. Today was our math contest from k-6, and I am in grade 5H.
I also participated as a mathlete for my class along with my other classmates including:
Logan
Zyniyah
Uri
Chayse
Zoey
Raphael
Jayden,
And myself Abigail
It was real intense that those who were just spectating could feel the heat. Our math specialist Mrs. Phillips let us play two games, because after math jeopordy both grade fives were tied.
Afterwards we played target, and my team rushed through that with ease. At the end they announced the winning class.
"This was the most intense math battle all day, but without further ado I shall now announce the winner... Let us congratulate grade...5H!!!"
My class had won, and Uri was literally jumping up and down in his chair breathing heavily and saying "OH MY GOSH WE WON, WE WON", Zyniyah kept saying let Uri enjoy his victory because he was doing the most work.
Uri was so happy that he was seriously breathing down my neck. And I have never heard him speak so loudly before.
