Sometimes you put your heart on the line,
Risking it all,
Because you have faith.
Faith it will work out,
Faith in the miracles.
And there are times
That miracles do happen.
But sometimes,
Your brave action,
Ends in disappointment.
And your worse fear
Comes true.
But in those moments
When your greatest fear is realized,
You discover it was never that scary.
And you keep going.
You overcome.
You conquer.
You heal.
And you wait for a special reason,
You wait for something worth
Risking your heart
Again.
