(At the age of 10, a magical ritual is done where two siblings are joined together as one for eternity.
Ex: Its like a parabati from Shadowhunters but different. During the ritual, the tattoo will appear on the back of the two siblings and disappear if the recipient wants to hide it. The tattoo do not change with age due to it's magical properties. Ones with the Phoenix Blood are able to have this tattoo. This tattoo covers most of the back of the person receiving it.)

When someone from the Azar family get married the bride or the groom receives this tattoo in the same way as the other tattoo but instead of the back, this tattoo is located at the back of the neck. The tattoo can disappear if the recipient wants it gone but it will always be there.)
