"So, how's everything going with the pregnancy?" I asked, trying to sound casual despite the curiosity gnawing at me.

Mira's face lit up with a radiant smile, her eyes sparkling with happiness as she launched into an animated recounting of her latest prenatal check-up. She spoke of doctor's appointments and ultrasound scans, of the fluttering movements of the tiny life growing within her, painting a vivid picture of the miraculous journey she was embarking upon.

As she spoke, her enthusiasm was contagious, and I found myself drawn into her excitement, swept up in the anticipation of new beginnings and the promise of the future.

And then, just when I thought the moment couldn't get any sweeter, Mira reached across the table, her hand extended towards mine. My eyes widened in surprise as I glanced down, my gaze coming to rest on the sparkling ring adorning her finger.

"Oh my gosh, Mira!" I exclaimed, unable to contain my excitement. "Is that...?"

Mira beamed, her smile radiant with joy as she nodded, her hand trembling slightly with emotion. "Yes, it is," she confirmed, her voice barely above a whisper. "Osamu proposed last week."

Tears welled up in my eyes as I reached across the table, enveloping Mira in a tight embrace. "Oh, congratulations!" I exclaimed, my voice choked with emotion. "I'm so happy for you both!"

As we lingered in that moment of shared joy, surrounded by the comforting embrace of friendship and the promise of new beginnings, I couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope stirring within me, a flicker of possibility that perhaps, amidst life's uncertainties, there was still magic to be found in the simplest of moments.

As Osamu shared the exciting news about the upcoming concert, my curiosity piqued at the mention of the performer: Semi Eita, our old classmate turned neighbor. The mere mention of his name sent a jolt of surprise through me, mingled with a hint of apprehension.

"Semi Eita?" I echoed, my brow furrowing in thought. "I didn't realize he was performing here."

Osamu nodded, a grin spreading across his face as he leaned forward, his eyes sparkling with anticipation. "Yep, he's doing a concert right here in town tomorrow night," he confirmed. "It's supposed to be a big event, and tickets are selling out fast."

Mira's eyes widened in excitement as she clasped her hands together, her enthusiasm contagious. "That sounds amazing!" she exclaimed. "We should definitely go."

I hesitated, the mention of Semi's name stirring up a whirlwind of conflicting emotions within me. Memories of our shared past flooded my mind, mingling with the complexities of our present circumstances.

"Are you sure?" I asked, my voice tinged with uncertainty. "I mean, isn't it strange seeing him perform after all this time?"

Osamu shrugged, his expression nonchalant. "Not really," he replied. "It'll be like a mini reunion, catching up with old friends and enjoying some good music. Plus, it's not every day we get to see a former classmate performing on stage."

His words struck a chord within me, prompting me to reconsider my initial reservations. Perhaps he was right; maybe attending the concert would be an opportunity to reconnect with the past, to reminisce about the shared moments that had shaped us into who we were today.

With a tentative smile, I nodded in agreement. "Okay, let's do it," I said, my voice infused with newfound determination. "I'm sure it'll be a night to remember."

Leaving Osamu and Mira I decide to go home, as I entered my apartment, the events of the day swirled through my mind like a tumultuous storm. Thoughts of Mya's school and the upcoming concert with Semi's performance mingled with the memory of the altercation between Semi and Terushima.
