"That... Could work. But how are we going to get them?"

"Ah, you can leave that to me. I haven't been using my allowance lately so it's built up a bit."      Allowance? What-       "Allowance? How much do you have?"

"About ------?"

'What?!'      The girls jaw dropped in shock as she took in what the blonde kid said.       'Is he rich or what the-'         "Anyway, I have a card, so we can order the lights online and have them shipped here."      Everyone just listened in silence to Aiden.

"Oh."

"Before I forget, can I borrow your knife Aiden?"

"Sure. What do you need it for-"

SLICE.

"These need to go."

The brunette girl sat on her sisters bed as their focus was on the redheads shadow. Her hair was still there, but there was no shadow for it. Ashlyn leaned from side to side, watching her hair swing, but its shadow still not being seen.

"That's actually hella creepy."      The brown eyed sister stated as Ashlyn just gave her a nod, and they were off to school.

Having been separated for her sister because she went to the bathroom, she was now walking alone towards her classroom. Meeting Logan halfway, the two started chatting.

Meanwhile, the remaining of the group walked together, talking about what to do next.      "Are you able to order those lights during lunch?"    The redhead asked as she walked at the front of the group.      "I  should be, yeah."

"Aren't your parents going to be confused when the lights arrive though?"     The girl twin asked as she walked a bit faster to catch up to the two at the front.    "Nah, they're on a trip right now. Probably won't be back for a few months."

"Oh."

Tyler, who was on his phone before, lifted his head up at the sound of someone yelling. His eyes finding the source of the noise, he put his phone away into his back pocket.      "I was wondering where those two was."     At this, all of their eyes snapped to the yelling, and Ashlyn could feel her hands balling into a fist.

Rylee stood between Logan and a taller boy, who was seemingly backing them into a locker. Rylee and the dude were arguing as Logan tried to hide behind the slightly taller girl.         "It's him again."     Taylor said to his twin, but he was already making his way towards them.     "Yeah, yeah. I'm on it."

The boy, who Rylee didnt know the name of had his pointer finger in her face, trying to reason with her. But seeing what this dude was doing to Logan, she wouldnt budge. She kept her position infront of the hiding boy. She wore a scowl on her face as she listened to the ugly dude ramble on about something that she couldnt care less about.

"Barron. What are you doing?"

At this, the boy immediately took two or three steps back, lowering his hand. He mumbled under his breath, before he answered Tylers question.     "...I'm just talking to my science partner... And his girlfriend? - about our project."       At this, the brunette girl raised her brow, and she swore she thought she saw taylor stiffle laugh from the corner of her eye. Tyler crossed his arms, as he glanced at Rylee and Logan, his eyed widening the smallest bit. While Logans body was slightly trembling, Rylee had a red mark on her cheek, but wore the same scowl as Tyler at the moment.        "I'm sure you were."

"I'm not an idiot, Barron. I could hear you yelling from the end of the hallway. You're already skating on thin ice with coach, so buzz off before he finds out how you're treating your science 'partner' and his 'girlfriend'."     The girl rolled her eyes at the word 'girlfriend' and gave Tyler a look, who only gave a small smirk back.

"So annyoing. Fine."     And with that, the ugly dude left. Rylee stepped away from infront of Logan, standing side by side with Tyler, her hands on the straps of her school bag.    "...Thanks."

"You're seriously scared of him? After being around those things every night. Pathetic."    Rylee glared at the boy, before she kicked the back of his knee, making him slightly loose his balance. He just glared at her, while she stuck her tongue out at him.       "Tyler! Not cool."     His twin approached Logan as she put a hand on his shoulder.   "What was that about?"

". . ."

"I forgot to do his part of the project.."     Logans voice was barely above a whisper, before Tyler butted in again, making the young girl roll her eyes in annoyance, her cheek stinging with pain. As Tyler continued to ramble on and on, Ashlyn joining, Taylor walked over to her and pointed to her cheek.       "Does it hurt?"         Raising a brow at her, she took her phone out, and turned her camera on, wanting to see. Of course, feeling it throb with pain a bit, she didnt think it would bruise that bad. Putting her phone away, she smiled at the girl, and just waved her off.     "It's fine, I can't even feel it."

"That's why I'm thinking of asking my parents to teach us self-defense."                       uhm... Woah? What now?                     "They taught me and Rylee some when we were younger, but I don't remember it enough to teach you guys on my own. Maybe Rylee could show us what she learned in her taekwondo classes, but I don't know."      The brunette girl immediately shook her head at her sisters suggestion, not wanting to fight any of them.           "Weren't you worried about us getting sent to an asylum or something? What are you gonna tell them when they ask why?"

"Yeah, that's the reason I haven't asked them yet. But after what just happened, I think we can use Logan being bullied as an excuse. Something along those lines of him wanting to defend himself, and to be supportive, we're all going to learn with him."      Ashlyn spoke, before he turned to his sister, and smirked at her.     "Plus, then his girlfriend wouldn't need to step up for him."      The younger girl  just rolled her eyes, and crossed her arms, but couldnt help a small smile forming on her lips, as she let out a chuckle along with her sister.

"I think that sounds pretty believable."     Taylor said with her hand still on Logans shoulder.      "I guess. Anyway where's the psycho and the big guy?"     Now that Tyler mentioned it, the girl didnt see them since the group approached them.       "Oh- Um... I think ben started acting weird. Aiden said that they were going to the vending machine and would see us in class."

But they never showed up.

Now that the bell has signaled that class was over, everyone stood up to leave.      "Alright, everyone turn in your assigment on your way out please!"     Mr. Thomas said, as Rylee walked behind her sister, who handed in hers.       "Thank yo-"        But the teacher halted, and his focus was on.. Ashlyns shadow.

"Mr. Thomas?"
