Rimuru sighed but he is actually interested to see this new born True Dragon.
Rimuru stands up then went to veldora.
He walked through the corridor.
The servants bowed to their absolute Ruler.
His presence could be said to be majestic.
Rimuru:
(Hmm, Nebula has prospered for thousand's of years, an ancient kingdom no Human is allowed to set foot in it since i know that Human greed knows no bound)
Rimuru may not like humans but he was once a human.
Rimuru:
(Hayz, well the other Races have been coming in and out of Nebula, specifically the Elves and dwarves, we've also recruited all the strong Monsters with big potential in jura).
As Rimuru walked out of the castle everyone immediately greeted and kneeled.
He was absolute.
If he were to leave the nation then it will be Chaos for the Humans.

He may roam around and even leave the nation but that is not known by the Humans as such the thought of Rimuru roaming like nothing never entered their mind.
Although stories about his journey were known but some thought of it as a fairy tail.

Rimuru walked through the kneeling subjects then flew.
Rimuru:
"The others seems to be busy, Diablo how are things going?"
His loyal butler immerged from his shadow.
Diablo:
"Kufufufu Nebula has grown a lot and in it's Prime even now, as for the patrons they have gotten stronger"
Rimuru:
(Should i awaken them?, no not now)
Diablo:
"Kufufufu they gotten really strong my Lord, it seems like that fight caused their spirit's to grow"
Rimuru:
"Anyone would want to get stronger after seeing that thing, even i felt helpless fighting that beast"
Diablo:
"Indeed, that creature was really an anomaly"
Rimuru:
"Anomaly huh"
Rimuru then felt a strong Magicule spike.
He then saw a Dragon with black and purple scales.
Rimuru:
(Interesting he has resemblance to my own dragon form but more on the bluish purple side, while mine is jet black with purple)
Rimuru smirked.
Rimuru:
"Oi your veldora right?"
Veldora:
"Kahahaha yes i am the one and only Storm Dragon veldora!"
Rimuru:
(Hoh? His the arrogant type but i can also tell he is inexperienced)
"Wanna fight?"
Veldora:
"That is what i am here for, Dagruel told me you beat him in his prime form"
Rimuru:
"That guy huh, well then Come"
With those words Veldora Released his True Dragon Haki then used one of his Magic.
