It's Harsh, But It's Not Wrong

"Copy that chief" JJ said Alvez drove to the North side and parked in a dark area " In position chief" he said into his com.

Tara drove drove to the East side parking in an ally with no light " In position chief" she said Rossi getting them set up for the night "Be careful out there guys" he said as he got comfortable in the passenger seat.

Emily drove to a dark spot in the road parking there turning all lights off " We are in position everyone keep your eyes pealed stay quiet unless needed" she said demandingly to the team.

Sasha got comfy in the passenger seat keeping an eye out the two women sat in an uncomfortable silence for over an hour before Emily realized Sasha was trembling she grabbed a big blanket from the backseat and covered both of them with it " This should help" she said.

Sasha looked at her surprised " You keep a big blanket with you all the time?" She asked looking at her boss, the older woman laugh lightly before saying " I've done this a time or two it can get really cold out here in a vehicle"

The younger woman nodded as Emily muted their coms she watched her boss realizing how beautiful she was in dim lighting she had never really took time to actually look at Emily before normally  she wanted as far away from her as should could get. But this time was different she had seen the caring side of the older woman and wondered why she rather the team hate her instead of being how she used to be. Sasha wished she had gotten to meet Emily before she became unit chief to know how she was back when she was just an agent.

Emily caught her looking at her in the dim light and raised an eyebrow before asking " What? Is something wrong?" The younger woman jumped slightly before quickly saying " No no no everything is fine I kinda zoned out I'm sorry" she thought her boss was about to scold her for staring at her. She knew staring at her was unprofessional she was her boss after but she couldn't help but admire the beautiful older woman beside her.

Emily smirked slightly " Wanna play a game to pass the time?" She asked Sasha smiled an nodded to her. "Hmm 20 questions. What's your favorite drink?" The older woman asked Sasha giggled and said " coffee but for alcohol either red wine or if I need something stronger whiskey or tequila you?"

The older woman smiled and said " coffee or red wine if I need stronger then whiskey is my go too." The two women were slightly surprised that they had that in common the younger woman thought for a minute then said " Why are you single?" The older woman looked at her " That's rather personal isn't it?" Thinking she over stepped the younger agent fell quiet then the older woman said " I guess because I haven't found a woman that can handle my job with out getting pissy assuming I'm cheating."

Sasha looked at her shocked not realizing her boss was a lesbian like her " Oh yeah I can see how that could be a problem with this line of work" she said while picking at her nails. She always did this when she was nervous around women. The older woman noticed this and raised an eyebrow she did the same thing when she got nervous or stressed " Are you nervous Hunt?" She asked watching the young agent.

Sasha looked at her then down at her nails and bite her lip some then nodded, Emily looked at her turning in her seat to see the agent better " Why?" She asked. The younger agent sighed heavily and said " I always get nervous around women especially att—" she was cut off by Alvez cutting in on the com " We've got something" He yells.

Just like that Emily speeds to his location both women exit the vehicle and rush into the building only to find one of the students missing " How the hell did he get a student in here?!" She said obviously angry. Sasha seen something " Let's check the computer lab and library" she said. Her boss looked at her confused before nodding the women went that way Emily took the computer lab while the younger agent took the library.
