Waking upto screaming downstair's I realised it was Chloe I groaned soon my body shut down an I started crying my wall's were closing in my eye sight I grabbed my phone an texted my dad "Help".
I heard footstep's run up an my door wide open "Hey darling it's ok I'm here" -My dad Joel said sitting down next to me rubbing my head "What's wrong" -He said Panic attack -I breathed out "It's ok bub breathe for me" -He said.
