The first step:

It is recommended to use a guided meditation before starting the mindfulness method, because it gives you additional relaxation and makes you more focused, which will put you in the right state of mind.

Second step:

Once you have finished meditating, switch to the theta waves. This helps to induce a state of awake sleep in which your mind is awake but your body is asleep. You can find some examples of theta waves in our subliminal file here.

Third step:

Once the waves have started to play, we don't start to say right away. You will first have to cause a deeper state before doing this - the vibratory step. You can do several options, or if you wish, you can do both.

The first option is to repeat statements I am for example:

"I am a pure conscience not attached to any reality",

"I am currently in mutation"

Or if you wanted to, simply "I am".

The second option is to count slowly to or from 100.

By the time you have finished one of these things, or both, you should be in an ideal state, otherwise, repeat a method again because you will eventually get there, no matter how long it takes because it is different for everyone. Some signs that you are in an ideal state/when your body is asleep are when your body moves by itself, for example contractions, you feel vibrations and have a strong desire to move - do your best to ignore this and continue because you have to stay. always.

Fourth step:

Now that you are in the ideal state, start affirming your change. Some good suggestions are to use identification statements and those that give the impression that you are already with your doctor. Here are some examples:

"I live the reality I want",

"I am grateful to be in the desired reality", "

I like to be in the reality I want,"

"I am happy to be in the desired reality",

"I am <doctor's name>",

"I am <dr age>", etc.

Fifth step:

It is now recommended to visualize. However, as some people have trouble doing it, ask yourself questions such as: what does my doctor's room look like? Is it cold or hot at your doctor's? Is your bed comfortable? Who is your family? Is it night or day? Do you hear someone talking?

Sixth step:

At this point, you should be at your doctor's and you will begin to feel your environment change as your cr disappears. Once you feel it, open your eyes and BOUM! You should be at home! Congratulations!!! - If you open your eyes thinking that you are there and that you are not, maybe try to write a script so that your eyes open automatically once you have changed, because I have heard that this happens to many people and maybe it can help.
