'3 new messages from: Kenma'

Akaashi's eyes flicked over to his screen which was constantly lighting up with messages from Kenma. What the hell. Akaashi thought for 2 reasons.

Kenma almost never spam texts

Kenma has his location so there's no reason to be spam texting.

Akaashi didn't pay much mind to it, deciding he'd just ask Kenma himself when he saw him. Continuing down the road, he'd finally reached Kenma's apartment complex and parked his motorcycle near the entrance. He kept his helmet on and visor down since he'd just be picking Kenma up. Akaashi headed into the elevator and ascended to the 5th floor. When the elevator doors opened, he stepped out and made his way down to the end of the hall where Kenma's place was. Giving 3 knocks he waited for the door to open. His phone had been buzzing almost the entire time and he was getting suspicious. He sighed, bringing out his phone and opening up Kenma's messages. Before he could even read them, the door opened, revealing Kenma who had a panicked expression on his face.

"Do not come in. Let's just go now-" Kenma whispered with an awkward smile before Kuroo's voice could be heard in the background.

"Kenma! Is that Akaashi!" Kuroo questioned.

"Uh, No!" Kenma yelled back while putting a finger over his lips and whispering to Akaashi once again.

"You DO NOT wanna come in trust me because Bo-" Kenma couldn't finish speaking before a rooster with horrible bed-head cut him off.

"Akaashi! You made it! Why don't you come in to say hi!" Before Akaashi could retaliate he was being pushed inside the apartment. He stood there awkwardly before looking at the small group of people on the carpet playing mario kart. He pushed his visor up before taking his helmet off to properly speak, but just as Akaashi was about to introduce himself he locked gazes with a familiar pair of golden ones.

"Oh shit." Akaashi muttered under his breath.

Bokuto had just left the bathroom, drying his hands on a towel as he walked out into the living room. He watched a man, who'd seemingly just arrived, take his helmet off. Bokuto didn't pay much attention, setting the towel down on the counter. As he looked back at the man, he met eyes with the same pair of steel blue irises from this morning. His jaw was agape, but he reminded himself of how exactly they met this morning. This was the same person who'd flipped him off this morning. Bokuto pretended not to remember and instead stepped over with a smile on his face and waved to the steely eye'd ravenette.

"That's Bokuto, but you guys probably already knew that." Kuroo stepped in with a small laugh. Akaashi and Kenma exchanged awkward glances as they 'laughed'. Bokuto stepped forward to offer his hand out to Akaashi.

"I'm perfectly capable of introducing myself ya know!, but anyway nice to meet you!" Bokuto smiled as he shook hands with Akaashi. Cold. Was the only word on his mind as he and Akaashi's hands touched.

"You as well, Bokuto-san. I'm Akaashi Keiji." Akaashi seemed calm on the outside as he spoke, but on the inside, he was a raging ball of nerves. As their hands touched, Akaashi could feel the noticeable difference in body temperatures, but then again, Akaashi had always been cold. He retracted his hand back against his body, giving the rest of the guys on the carpet a slight bow before slightly glaring at Kenma.

"Hey, did you bring your motorcycle Akaashi?" Kuroo was always one to investigate.

"Yes, why?" Akaashi exchanged glances with Kuroo, glaring daggers at him, yet he still persisted.
