At once the second and third thugs rushed to both Night Eye and Railgun who also did the same. The second criminal who wielded a fire type quirk charged and then threw a heat seeking fireball towards the brunette who quickly countered by throwing a lightning spear towards it resulting a small miniature explosion as soon they came into contact which knocked him backwards and made her leap into the air.
Thug 2: What the hell? Did that chick just use electricity to counter my heat seeking fireball?!
Mikoto: Too slow.
Still in a daze of confusion, he then looked upwards and then delivered a spinning kick to the back of his head as it also instantly knocked him out as he landed face down on the ground.She then turned and saw Nighteye doing hand to hand combat with the other thug who didn't show a sign of using a quirk but he knew how to fight but Nighteye seemed to be winning.
Her attention then focused to the gang leader and then rushed towards him only for the leader whose quirk specialized in bombs released a smoke grenade which released a small shock wave that not only threw her backwards but covered the entire area in black smoke making visibility completely impossible.
Mikoto: A smoke bomb?!
Bubble Girl: Mikoto! Sir!

Nighteye: Stay put until the smoke clears and be on your guard!
Eventually the smoke that was eventually cleared up showed Nighteye having knocked out the thug had gone after him and the leader who had thrown the smoke bomb was no longer in the stairs but was doing hand to hand combat against Bubble Girl who was out of range from her smoke bomb to prevent him from getting into the getaway vehicle.
Thug Leader: You're annoying you little brat!
Bubble Girl: It's either you surrender or you won't get hurt!

He then stuck his foot out making her trip and this time released a flash bang bomb which blinded and then threw her backwards.
Bubble Girl: Ahhhhh!!!!

Nighteye then rushed towards her as she was completely stunned at the side of the road as the man got into his getaway vehicle and then accelerates away and then turned the car towards them. Railgun on the other hand seeing her partner getting hurt suddenly had plans of her own as her electricity started to flared up and then eventually standing at the center of the road where the car a few meters ahead was standing.
Nighteye: Railgun, what are you doing?
Mikoto: Settling this once and for all and don't get in my way.
Nighteye: Stand aside, that's an order!
Mikoto: And let him get away? I don't think so.
