"Goodbye everyone—!! I'm going to school—!!" The girl flinched at the sound of a booming voice to her left. She whipped her head around so fast she could've given a professional tennis player a run for their money. Her jaw dropped like a cartoon character when she saw the tall, dark-haired boy emerging from the house next door. It was like a scene from a romantic comedy, complete with the dramatic music in her head.
He looked over at her, and his eyes widened comically when they met hers, as if he'd just seen a ghost—or worse, a math textbook.
*MOM—!!?* *WHAT THE HELL—!!*
*IS HE* *IS SHE* *DOING HERE!!?* *DOINGHERE!!?*

- AUTHOR POV- -HAN's HOUSE- -LIVING ROOM/
"I guess they didn't know that we are moving to the same neighborhood—!!" the lady with the short black hair exclaimed, her voice filled with mock disbelief. Mrs. Han Yuna, Dongmin's mother, looked as if she had just discovered a hidden treasure. She leaned back in her chair, a smirk spreading across her face, and took a triumphant sip of her coffee, savoring the moment like it was the last piece of chocolate in the box.
"Even though we moved in on the same day—!!" she added, her eyes sparkling with mischief. It was like they were unveiling the world's worst-kept secret, and she was loving every moment of it.
"What a joke! How the hell didn't they find out until the very end?" the lady with the bright brown hair chimed in, shaking her head as if she were trying to dislodge a particularly stubborn piece of lint. Mrs. Kim Sa-Rang, Moka's mother, was practically rolling her eyes into the next dimension. "Ohh my God—!! Our kids are so stupid, for God's sake—" she added, bursting into laughter.
The two women exchanged exaggerated looks of exasperation, as if they were discussing the latest reality show drama. "I mean, seriously! It's like they think the universe revolves around their social lives or something!" Han Yuna continued, waving her hands dramatically as if conducting an orchestra of absurdity.
