Before his name echoed through fandoms and music charts, he was a rising star in the world of competitive figure skating. Graceful, disciplined, and fiercely determined, Heeseung trained for over a decade—earning medals, enduring injuries, and chasing perfection beneath the cold hum of arena lights. After a serious ankle injury sidelined his skating dreams, Heeseung made the bold decision to pivot. Music had always been a quiet passion—something he explored between early morning practices and late-night recovery sessions. When the ice finally fell silent, he turned toward the stage instead. He began auditioning, and soon after was recruited by Star Diary Media, a small but ambitious entertainment company that saw potential beyond the rink.

What started as vocal lessons and exhausting dance drills quickly evolved into the next chapter of his life: ALLIANCE, a seven-member boy group known for sharp choreography and hauntingly emotional concepts.

Now as the group's main vocalist and lead dancer, Heeseung is recognized for his clean technique, rich voice, and steady presence on and off stage. Years of figure skating shaped the way he moves—precise, elegant, and powerful all at once. Fans often say he performs like someone who understands the weight of silence as much as the roar of a crowd.

Despite the attention, Heeseung remains deeply grounded. On stage he carries a magnetic calm; offstage he's thoughtful, a little reserved, and quietly witty. The discipline he learned from skating still follows him everywhere—early practice habits, relentless self-critique, and the quiet determination to improve.
