All my life I have been lonely, I had no friends, and the person I'm only close is my Mom. She's was like me, weird and had no friends, I asked her how she met my dad. She told me when your heartbeat suddenly gets fast, it means your soulmate is near. And when one of you confesses, both of your hearts glow up in a color that I'll know soon.

I didn't think of it much, I probably don't have a soulmate. That's not possible, how could a person like me love...me? One day I was just making robots and stuff. I like to make robots when I'm bored. They don't make me feel lonely. They make me feel happy.

Suddenly my heartbeat got.... Faster? I was a bit surprised, so I looked out the window. I saw someone moving next door. I just remembered my mom told me someone's moving next door, and I have to give some brownies to them. I don't want to. I don't like talking to other people, but she's my mom. I'll have to listen to her.

I looked out the window and saw a handsome blond boy with orange fades and a pretty girl with blond hair same as her brother, but pink fades instead and their mother. Maybe she's my soulmate?, no Rui, nobody probably likes you. It's probably my body or something.. Yeah probably something like that..

"Rui! Can you give these brownies to the neighbors next door? Make sure to greet them too" oh. Mom's calling me to give them the brownies. "Okay ma!.." I rushed down the stairs "Make sure you greet them too okay? I know you. You'll probably run off after you give them if I didn't tell you" she knows me too well "I know ma..."

"good, okay here's the brownies, don't leave them on the door like last year when we had a new neighbor. Just say hello how are you then give the brownies" "..... Okay." "I know how you feel Rui, but this can be an opportunity for you to make new friends !"

I don't want to but okay... "Alright mom, I'm going to give it to them now,I'll be right back" I went outside then walked to their house, I was staring at the door for a while, then knocked on the door, my heartbeat suddenly got faster again, I was a bit startled but kept it chill, I think? Then the blonde boy opened the door with her sister beside him there she is.. she must be my soulmate.."Oh hi there ! Is there anything we could do to help you?" The blonde said with a soft smile "O-oh uhm... We just wanted to give you these brownies.. my mom made them... I hope you like it.."

" Well thank you uhh what's your name?" The boy asked "u-uh Rui Kamishiro....." "Well thanks for the brownies Rui !, I'm Tsukasa Tenma ! World future star !" "Onii-chan stop being so loud ! You're going to scare Rui!,anyways I'm Saki ! Nice too meet you !" Oh Saki is her name... Her brother is kinda loud tho.. its alright I guess.. "H-hi.. I gotta go back home now... my mom is probably looking for me"

"Well bye Rui! Thanks again for the brownies !" He waved and I waved back as I smiled softly. I went back to my house and saw my mom washing the dishes. "Did you greet them?" "Yeah I did..." "Well that's good, now... if you want to eat just come downstairs,dinner is almost ready" we're having Udon tonight, I can smell it.

I ran upstairs, then plopped on my bed, leaving the mechanic junk on the ground, I'll clean them up...someday. I couldn't help but think that someone likes me maybe I'm not really that weird after all...

Me and Saki just received brownies, we tasted it, and it was good ! I'm still not comfortable about the fact that we are moving to a new neighborhood and school, but I couldn't help but wonder why my heartbeat suddenly went fast when I met Rui, Isn't he a boy? Eh maybe it's just me feeling sick I think

"Onii-chan are you okay? You were zoned out." Oh, yeah. "Yeah I'm alright I'm just thinking of how great I am ! "Oh.. okay then !" Im still curious tho.. why did it suddenly go fast? It's my first time feeling this
