Just some concept art for an alternate timeline I had for OTT. Essentially Basil swaps with Sunny in terms of roles and that's about it. His parents are alive in this AT and groom him to be a girl, even getting him breast implants. The AT is still a wip but there's more info in my discord server if you're curious
