How mentors work in this show is that each of their elder subunits will be mentors. To put it simple NCT 127 will mentor 1-18 ranked trainee and NCT Dream will mentor 18-36. ALSO the first ranking will just be that you pick a number you want for your tainee so its not based on skill really. Real rankings after misson are when the mentors will REALLY work with your trainees.
