You bent over and wiped the dirtied floor that the puppet has left, thanks to San Lang, he was able to throw the body out as you two waited for Xie Lian to come back. The position you're in made you feel- weird. Not because of the incident, no, because San Lang is giving you a look, staring somewhere along your body. (GYAATT 😍) You did catch glimpses of a dust of pink on his cheeks, but whenever he realizes that he's caught, he tries to turn away, shrugging as if he's innocent~

Hearing the door creek open you stand up from where you are sitting, the floor was still tainted but just enough to make the floor look dry. Xie Lian walked into the room, before closing the door behind him, "San Lang, F/n- I'm gonna be out of town for a while" You raise your head, "You're leaving for the Crescent Pass?" You ask as Xie Lian nods, "No problem, A-F/n and I will join you.." San Lang says to Xie Lian, in which you nod

"I'm afraid it's quite the journey, you two can stay.." Xie Lian protests, cleaning up the remains of the mess on the ground, "Then- why meddle in this?" San Lang asks, standing up as he walks towards Xie Lian, "I used to collect scraps in the Crescent Kingdom. So- I care about it.."

"Got it" You simply say, walking up to the two. San Lang huffs, "Do you wanna know who on earth the Evil Crescent Taoist is?" Xie Lian stops for a moment, "Huh? Do you even know this?"

San Lang nods, "200 years ago, the Crescent Kingdom still existed. The Crescentians are husky and aggressive. They often harassed people of Central Plain. The Evil Crescent Taoist- is their Imperial Preceptor" Xie Lian is silent for a moment until you three hear knocking on the door, in which he opens it.

San Lang steps up, but Xie Lian stops him, handing him the broom, before walking up to the door as you tilt your head to see who it was.

Standing outside were Nan Feng and Fu Yao, making Xie Lian and you surprised. "You're going to the Crescentia's Crescent Pass?" Nan Feng asks sternly as Xie Lian walks out, "How did you know?" He asks the other male, "We heard you asking about it in the Telepathic Matrix" "What are you there for?" Asks Fu Yao

"I need to figure out some stuff" Xie Lian smiles, "Speaking of which, what're here for?" You and Xie Lian gaze at the two men, who seemed to be dressed up for fighting, their swords against their hips, "Got it.." Xie Lian sighs, "You volunteered... Right?"

The two men nodded, "Yeah" They both say, having a look of disinterest though it seems that they do want to go, "Where shall we start off?" Fu Yao asks, "Now" You chip in. Fu Yao gives you a stern look, "What's the rush?" Nan Feng raises his finger, "I'll draw a teleportation formation"

"First thing first, if there's anything you cannot cope with, just run" Xie Lian starts, until San Lang chimes in, "Gege, A-F/n, who are they?"

"Who are you?" Fu Yao asks stubbornly, before the two other males walk into the temple, making you and Xie Lian be pushed aside

"No worries, San Lang. They're my friends" Xie Lian starts, and you nod, "They're the ones who helped us-"
"Don't talk to him" Fu Yao cuts you off, as you and Xie Lian turn your heads to him, "Why not?" He (Xie Lian) asks. "Do you know him?" "Not really.." He (Fu Yao) responds, "Then why are you being so stressful?" You ask him, crossing your arms

"Gege, A-F/n, are they your servants?" San Lang suddenly asks, such a silly question. Xie Lian raises a Bro was he turns over to San Lang, you laugh awkwardly, shaking your head as to try not to make a scene, "No.. To be more specific, they're more like A-Lian's assistants..."

"Really? Then can you do me a favor?" San Lang asks, before throwing the broom stick towards Fu Yao, who catches it, becoming furious after realizing what San Lang means by 'favor'. "We only have one broom..-" Xie Lian starts, but Fu Yao throws it on the ground before two glowing orbs of light form in his hands, covering the bottom half of your face with your sleeve from the dust flying around the small room
"Stop! Calm down!"
You and Xie Lian try to calm Fu Yao down, as San Lang simply shrugs, saying, "Bravo"  Nan Feng gently grabs Xie Lian's shoulder, "Where does he come from? What's his name? Why is he with you?"

"We bumped into him on our way. His name is San Lang. I let him stay with us.." Xie Lian replies, "How dare you let him get in?" Nan Feng questions in anger, "What if he gets an ulterior motive?"
'Now A-Lang wouldn't do such a thing' You thought, your eyebrow twitching, but then again- Nan Feng isn't wrong. You turn your head towards San Lang, who again- just smirks and spreads his arms and shrugs. "Chill it.." Xie Lian tries to say, but the two other males just ignore and yell, "How can I chill out?!"

Xie Lian frantically releases Ruoye, grabbing a board with writing on it and pressing it against his chest, "What do I have for him? Even this temple of mine needs donations so as to be repaired." You sigh as your cover your face with your Sf/c sleeve, standing beside San Lang, give him a look, "Did you have any reason to act like that in front of our guests?.." You ask the male in red, only to get a smirk in return from him and a small chuckle, in which you sigh. "Cut it out, let's just to the Credcent Pass.." You mutter, shaking your head

"If you fight here, then I'll have to rebuild this temple.."  Xie Lian slightly frowns, "Scoot over, I need to draw the formation..." Nan Feng says, giving in as Fu Yao lets out a 'hmph' "How about drawing it on the door?" Xie Lian suggests, walking over to San Lang and you, "It was just a misunderstanding, hope you don't mind..."
San Lang smiles at you and Xie Lian, "Since you said so, how could I?" Spreading his arms he slightly smirks, "Maybe I look familiar to them"

"Yeah" Fu Yao says, "That's why I've mistaken you for someone I knew" "That's odd. You two look familiar to me too" San Lang replies, "Hmph.. So you live in this slum?" Fu Yao asks, looking around the place as Xie Lian turns around, "I've always lived in places like this" "Where is the bed?" Fu Yao asks again

You point your finger to the mat that was able to fit the three of you, "There it is.."  Before Fu Yao comes to realization and turns to you and Xie Lian, pointing his finger towards San Lang, "So you slept together?!" San Lang only smirks, while you spread your arms, "Is there anything wrong with that?" You ask, but Fu Yao doesn't respond to that

"I'm done" Nan Feng calls out, dusting his hands as he looks at the formation on the door
