This is going to be a long one, so be prepared, here we go!

Italy: You like red heads with curly/straight hair, you are most likely Italian or have Italian heritage, you love to cook as a hobby

Romano: You like bad boys with...Colorful language, Spanish or Italian may be your second language, just like with Italy, you love cooking as a hobby

Germany: You love to stay in shape, you may be into blond people, and German accents are attractive to you

Japan: You like anything Japanese, whether it be anime, manga, the language, or even video games, if it's Japanese, you love it

America: You may be an American yourself, you like people with glasses who didn't use to have glasses before, McDonald's might be your favorite fast food restaurant

England: You don't care that his eyebrows are bushy, you like his accent and you would gladly try his cooking without hesitation, you may or may not practice magic as a hobby
