Andersen :... Unfortunately, your claims are not based enough to do that. No changes will be made in that regard.

Lowell : ... Understood, I will take my leave.

I leave his office and head towards the Outpost.

*In Andersen's office*

A knock was heard on the door.

Andersen : ... You may enter.

The door opens, Mustang and Ingrid enter in his office.

Andersen : So, what did you come here for?

Ingrid : It's about Lowell.

Mustang : The same as me however I am also here about the Ark and the Outer Rim.

Andersen : ... Ingrid, you start first.

Ingrid : Thank you, so about Lowell... we didn't anything. No match in the Central Government, same in the civilian life and not even a birth certificate. We even tried in the Outer Rim but that was a failure, it's looks he just appeared one day out of nowhere. And his Nikkes in command... even through they look like the industrials Nikkes, they seem to be more powerful.

Andersen : ... I see, perhaps I can visit him sometime in the Outpost to question him and his Nikkes. And as for you, Mustang.

Mustang : Merci, so I heard about a recently new entreprise that opened in the Ark. It has been selling bread, water and even meat at a really low price, c'est vraiment surprenant.

Andersen : What?! How did they get their hand on this?!

Mustang : I heard that some agents working for the Central Government have questioned them however they didn't get a satisfying answer. After some days, I hear from that entreprise that intruders have been apprehended. Et maitenant, there is a security team watching their building and the Sovereigns are protesting about meats to be only for them.

Andersen : ... *sigh*

Mustang : As for the Outer Rim, Heavenly Ascension has been recieving supplies from an unknown source.

Andersen : Do we know who is supporting this?

Mustang : No, however we have spotted unknowns individuals coming back and forth from the Outpost.

Andersen : ... *sigh* Why does it seems Lowell is involved in this situation...?

Mustang : Pour les bonnes nouvelles, Heavenly Ascension has been idle since that group got in contact with them.

Andersen : I can see the mountain of paperwork in the horizon and it's looking very dark.

Mustang : Oui.

Ingrid : Yes.

*In the Outpost*

Lowell : William, are you feeling alright?

William : Could've been better but I'm good.

Lowell : I must take you somewhere, can you walk?

William : Yes.

Lowell : Follow me.

We are going into the secret passage and he was surprised by it. Guess he wasn't informed by it. We walk for a while until we arrive at a portal to my world. I waved at William to follow me as I pass through it. Now back in our HQ, we go to the Meeting Room and we enter inside. I motion him to sit somewhere as I sit too. Soon enough, I see two familiar figures that i haven't see for a long time.

??? : So, is this the person you've been working with, Lowell?

That's Jacob, he is wearing his usual attire. His purple clothes made him look like a priest.
