About an hour after Nova left Jill and the lounge, she was with Leon. They were ranting to each other, Nova ranting about her girlfriends and Leon ranting about his boyfriend. They were very entertaining to listen to since they laughed at each other, made stupid jokes, and Nova ranted in Spanish sometimes. They were in the kitchen with Nova cooking and Leon just watching.
Nova: "Swear. They be so damn clingy sometimes."
Leon: "Aren't you clingy?"
Nova: "Shut up, Leon. No one asked you."
Leon rolled his eyes. Claire happened to walk in just as Nova said they were clingy and smirked. She came up behind Nova, wrapping her arms around her waist.
Claire: "Who's clingy?"
Nova: "You."
Leon just leaned against the counter. Claire nuzzled her nose into the crook of Nova's neck, making her head tilt to the side.
Nova: "Claire, I swear-"
Leon: "Heh. It rhymes."
Nova: "Leon, shut up."
Leon: "Rude."
Claire kept nuzzling Nova's neck, her arms tightening around Nova's waist. Nova sighed and kept cooking.
Nova: "Do you mind?"
Claire: "No."
Nova: "I'm trying to cook, Claire."
Claire: "Okay? I was trying to work and you were sitting on my lap."
Nova: "Okay but, like, you working and me distracting you couldn't hurt either of us."
Claire: "Doesn't matter."
Nova: "It does because I could burn myself."
Claire hummed and kissed the side of Nova's neck, making Nova shiver.
Nova: "God damn it. Leave me alone."
Claire: "Why? You said we were clingy so, I'm just being clingy."
Nova: "Listen, I know you love seeing my suffer but I'd rather not suffer with a second-degree burn."
Claire sighed softly and let Nova go. She leaned against the counter next to Leon. Nova finished cooking and looked over at Claire with an annoyed expression.
Claire: "Don't look at me like that."
Nova: "Mm."
Nova made three plates of food for her, Leon, and Claire. She went to the lounge again to eat her food. Claire followed, sitting close to Nova. Claire was one of the calmer ones of Nova's six women, so Nova didn't mind it.
