People never know where they'll end up or who they'll end up with. Most times it's the second one. They never know who it is that they fall in love with or who it is that they end up giving their heart and soul to. They think it'll be someone of their parents choosing or someone they are close to or like, but sometimes life ends in a plot twist you never thought would become a reality until you've fallen in deep.
