New York
What a glory time I'll have
They don't suspect a thing
Of what I might have
My friend get loose
Went off to a bank
I chase him inside
Trying to think
He's nowhere in sight
So I sit next to a man
A thick New York accent
And a case in his hand
He tries to make small talk
But I quickly get away
Because I hate small talk
And my friend is still away
A few broken rules later
My friend is now safe
A woman stands in front of me
Yelling in my face
She talks about the laws
And how many I broke
We find the man from the bank
She takes us back to her place
After dinner and awkward chats
We get time to relax
I sit my case down and climb in
The man from the bank is exasperated
I show him all of my colorful and kind friends
And one of the ones that is the real reason
I came to the promised lands
Even if they were the ones that got me into mischief
He is surprised and impressed
But lurks beyond his limits
Towards a dark cloud with silvery eyes
I told him it's best if we go outside
To search for my friends that we have yet to find
One breaks into a jewelry shop
The cops come, nearly get us
The aroused in Central Park
Almost kills the man from the bank but has no luck
We sort them out
In my case
And get taken to a strange and unfamiliar place
I peak my head out
And there she stands
The woman that had brought us in
Betrayal seeps into my bones
Sounds seem muffled
As if I'm wearing headphones
Before I know it
They take my case
I plead them not to
But they just laugh in my face
We get taken to prison cells
I explain to them about the dark cloud
All of a sudden I'm getting interrogated
On how on earth I got my hands on it
I explain to them
But they send us to die
The woman
Begins to cry
It can't end here
Not now, not ever
My friends help me
Knock out the workers
We save the woman
And quickly run away
It seems to me
This won't be the end of our days
Where we go, trouble follows
A few of my friends are still gone
We walk for miles
At last they are all
Safe in my case
But our adventures aren't over
A cloud with eyes zooms away
A poor boy
Trapped inside his soul
Suppressing his emotions
He grows weak and cold
Dead he becomes
Foes are revealed
The trusting man
Is who we once feared
Magical rain pours
And buildings are restored
It's time to say goodbye
The bank man begins to cry
He says his farewells
And now must I
I go to the dock
My case in my hand
My school scarf wrapped around me
As the woman and I stand
It's an emotional goodbye
But I think it'll be alright
With new friends and lingering threats
I'm sure there's more I haven't seen yet
Whatever may be upon us
It'll definitely be adventurous
So this is my goodbye
And cheers to new friends
Always remember
This is not the end
