As Sophie's studying in the study hall, Fitz comes up and flashes his famous movie-star smile. "So, Sophie, do you want to come for a sleepover?" He asks, and I notice Biana chuckling behind the bookshelves looking at us. "Keefe and Dex are both going too."
"Oh sure, I'd love to go!" I say, I try to sound cheerful, but if Keefe was going I was not sleeping. I'd be finding pink sparkles in my hair and my bag for weeks. "When do I go?"
"Just after school? Pack your bags and then leap to Everylen." I noticed a slight blush on Fitz's cheeks, but decided to not point that out. After Fitz left, Biana strode up behind me.
"Eek! I'm so excited- ur first actual sleepover that doesn't have anything to do with the Neverseen or Black Swan! It's going to be so fun! I have to give you, Keefe and Dex a makeover!" Biana said, but I was only catching half the words. Biana's makeover sounded horrifying. It probably sounded stupid coming from someone who's almost died like a bazillion times, but it was just that scary. "So just come by after school, 'Kay?"
"Ok, see you after school then!" I say, trying to hide my terrified thoughts.
