In other words, it was shortly after the birth of the first prince of the Hermity Kingdom, Dietrich.

Rishe has lived her life as the daughter of a duke since the day she was brought into this world, carrying the status of "Future Crown Princess."

And she grew up as the fiancée and childhood friend of the Crown Prince Dietrich.

"Rishe! Did you really get a perfect score on that test the other day, leaving me behind!?"

When Dietrich was young, he would often get angry like this whenever he met Rishe in the castle or at the duke's house.

"But, Your Highness Dietrich. We received very easy-to-understand textbooks for that test, didn't we? The teacher said, 'If there's anything you don't understand, I'll teach you anytime.'"

Brushing off Rishe's outstretched hand, Dietrich glared at her. His face was bright red to his ears, with a truly regretful expression.

I can still vividly remember Dietrich running out of the royal palace. He was eventually found by the knights and brought back. However, such exchanges were not only about academics. As they both grew up, Dietrich protested to Rishe many times about various things.

"It's no good for a woman to ride a horse by herself! If you do that, people will think my horsemanship is poor, won't they?"

"You want to go out in disguise in the city? That's ridiculous! If you were found out, even my dignity as your fiancé would be called into question!"
