"Are you serious? You mean this may not be O'Malley? This is funny. " mark said as bella elbowed him
"Did anyone try and call O'Malley? Can we get him on the phone? " Richard said
"I'm telling you, he squeezed my hand. " meredith said
"Shut it. You don't get to talk anymore, you don't get to talk ever again. " bailey said
" I could've sworn it was George. "
" I got voicemail. " lexie said
"He's not answering"
"He has a freckle in his right hand, it's shaped like Texas. I used to tease him about it. I'll check. " Callie said as She walks into the room to check. With everyone watching, she finds the freckle and starts crying, confirming it is indeed George. Multiple pagers go off, but nobody moves.
"You people, answer your pages. George O'Malley jumped in front of a bus today. He knew what he was doing and he did it anyway, and he did it to save a life. So I'm not gonna allow you doctors to stand here. There are lives on the line, there are lives we can save. So if George O'Malley can jump in front of a bus... we can answer our damn pages. So let's go." Richard said

Grace lay in her bed and looked to see Derek. She was thinking over George. Bella had told her over the accident and she felt sad. She knew all George had done but he was a good friend to her and a good person
"Hey" Derek said as he walked in
"Did you eat? " he asked
"No. "
" Can you eat? " derek asked
" No. I feel sick"
"Did you cry? " derek asked
"No. "
"Maybe if you cried... " derek said
"You just... Just you being here is... Don't say anything. J" she said as he joined her into the bed and pulled her into his arms as he held her close

Derek walked into the gallery where Richard was
"Did Torres decide about O'Malley, about his organs? " he asked
"I don't know. I'm gonna see where they are. " Richard said as he starts to leave.
"Chief, look, I... I know this is the worst possible moment, but... we need to talk. The board is planning a coup. They're saying that you dropped the ball, that our ranking isn't coming up. They wanna oust you. They're asking me to support it. They're asking me to step up to take the job. " Derek said
" Take my job? " Richard asked
" I told them I'd think about it. I bought you some time, but you need a plan. Besides this is not exactly what I want right now when my wife died in my arms for a moment" Derek said
