Kenopsia
I just moved to Jozankei Onsen with my grandparents. It's a nice place to spend my summer, I guess. My family wanted me to have a relaxing holiday in a small and pretty place, but I'm not sure if I agree with them. I'm not used to such quiet places, but I'll probably get used to it after a while. I came here from Shibuya, where I didn't have many friends either. I'm not good at making friends or socializing, so I don't think I'll make any more friends here. But it doesn't matter much to me. I grew up alone, and since then, I've always played games alone. It was enough for me to watch others play.
My grandma was helping me unpack my stuff.
"Hey Grandma, I can handle this by myself you know. You don't need to help me. Remember, you mentioned that your back has been bothering you lately. Please take some rest, I will take care of everything."
"I'll be in the kitchen then. Give me a call if you need anything, okay? And by the way, I have to thank your mother for raising you so well."
"Yeah, thanks.."
After unpacking, I lay on my bed feeling tired. I sighed and stared at the ceiling, thinking random thoughts until I fell asleep.
But I woke up in the middle of the night, sweating and full of fear, but with no idea why.
"Did I have a bad dream or something? I think I did, but I can't remember what kind of dream it was and what I saw, so I guess I'll forget about it..."
I was about to go back to sleep when I suddenly felt hungry.
"I should probably eat something before going back to bed."
I got up and headed to the kitchen. I opened the fridge and took out some food that my grandmother had left for me. I heated it in the microwave and started eating.
After finishing my meal, I started feeling sick to my stomach. Eating a heavy meal late at night was not a good idea, so I immediately went to the bathroom and threw up everything I had just eaten. After that, I felt better and washed my hands before leaving the bathroom. However, I was feeling a little nervous for some reason. I thought to myself, "I think I'm feeling this way because of the dream I had earlier. I wonder what I saw." I'm not used to feeling nervous like this, but I told myself that everything would be okay if I just went back to sleep.
tho I had a hard time falling back asleep. I was nervous, but I eventually drifted off again.
"AHH!!..ah..huh?"
I woke up screaming, breathing heavily. Did I have a bad dream again? I stood up and walked to the kitchen. "Grandma?" I called out. Upon noticing that everyone was gone, I found a note on the table which I began to read.
"Yurei, dear, your grandpa and I are going to be out today. We have an important task... to attend to. Don't worry, we'll be back tonight. I have left some food for you in the fridge. If you want, you can explore the neighborhood, but be careful. We'll see you tonight." - Grandmother Honoka
It appears I'm alone today. I don't feel like staying at home and doing nothing. "Should I go out and explore the neighborhood? There's no harm in trying." I went to my room and got dressed.
After a while, I finally felt ready to leave the house. However, as soon as I stepped outside, I was overcome by a strange and unexplainable feeling that made me nervous. "What is this feeling?" I wondered to myself. Although I couldn't identify the source of my unease, I decided to try and ignore it and carry on with my plans.
I didn't feel like going to the city, so I decided to head to the forest instead. I wanted to find a peaceful spot where I could relax without any distractions. While walking, I stumbled upon a lovely place to sit and unwind. I decided to take out my phone and play with it for a while.
I wanted to learn more about the neighborhood, so I opened Google and searched for information. After some time, I found out that the place is generally peaceful, and people usually visit when they want to relax. While reading through some comments, I came across one about a place in the nearby forest, which caught my attention, so I decided to read it.
Anonim: Have you ever heard about the abandoned orphanage in the forest? It's a spooky place that my friends and I decided to explore. As we arrived, we could see that the building was old and rusted. We entered the building and started exploring. We found many creepy things such as old dolls with missing limbs, torn curtains, and broken furniture. The place had a strange smell too. As we continued our exploration, we opened the fridge and saw rotten food inside. We then noticed some hair on the floor and many scratch marks on the walls, which made us feel uncomfortable and scared. The scratch marks were so deep that it seemed like someone had tried to escape from there. We quickly realized that the place had a dark history and it was time to leave. We felt relieved when we got outside, and I wondered why they hadn't demolished the building yet, given its creepy and eerie vibes."
"Is that real? Come to think I've never been to an abandoned place before. I wonder what an abandoned orphanage would look like. Should I try going?"
After considering the situation, I decided to visit the abandoned place and explore it, while questioning myself about the potential consequences of my actions.
